Hi, Roland. Yes! AGM. I have 2 Magnums and they set themselves, don't know what you have.

When you are on shore power or generator, use a volt meter to verify that your batteries are being charged by either means...if not or they are being drawn down, I suspect a bad battery. Do you have a residential fridge? You don't indicate how many batteries are for house or how old they are. You mentioned that 2 of the 3 wires where not in place...50A = 4 wire plug. Ground, neutral, 2 hot (L1 and L2). If your husband got a 3 wire plug, then your trying to run a 50A coach on 30A!

Tracey. What kind of Batteries, AGM or Acid? If Acid are you checking the water level each month? In the heat of summer you will have evaporation. Check all your batteries with a volt meter, also look for any loose ground wires and same with terminals. Your inverter also has a ground wire, a fuse and an internal CB. Start batteries are charged by the engine alternator. Next time you have starter problems, use the override button on dash and it will allow the house batteries (assuming they are charged)to start the engine!

Linda fixed it, she had the same happen on hers last year. We took the whole wiper seal off and she had 3M sealant, then re set in grove. Now my slide is 1/2 inn until morning to let it cure! Hard to find a handy DIY woman!

Currently run 315 in front, rest 295's all are 7/2014...thinking of getting 305's for drive and tag next time (2020 or 21). Really like the 315's!
