  1. DD. Interesting hobby you have! Mine is collecting old, high end watches...every 2 years now, I sell one. Mostly to Christy's Auction House...supplements Social Security entitlement.
  2. Bill. Wow, be glad it was not on front or outside dual....I guess you had no damage? Be sure to check your lines under coach and around engine!
  3. If I did $1,000 a year for 20 years, I would have a minimum of $50,000! I do not have extended warranty's or Service Contracts of any kind.
  4. Looked up the new owners of Roadtreck today...Hymer Group...Did not know that Roadtreck is a Canadian Company, did know that Hymer is German and has been in the RV business since 1956. The Hymer would be a perfect Toad, Fiat chassis and gas or MB diesel. I would chose the gas version! (Dodge engine), serviced anywhere!
  5. Well said. We have a 16 year old Rat Terrier and a 14 year old Lab mix, the Lab was a rescue dog and now has come to accept people and most other dogs...Linda trained it for 3 years and I for a year now. I have never said a loud word to her, she was beaten and miss treated by a man, so it took her a year to get used to me!
  6. Cause found, now I hope you find a good installer! Good Luck !
  7. Have had one diesel car in my life...MB, POS after 12K miles! 3 Silverado Duramax and one Ford F 350 diesel...all great !

    Coach Roof

Yeah. From the old school and it worked. Now, we have the new and improve POS stuff, that streaks every 5 years, no matter how much wax you throw at it !
  9. I have found that a small dogs is more aggressive than large ones, and most owners of small ones, just laugh it off ! Go figure.
  10. The "old geezer" pass will be $80 in October 2017. Now, still $10 and covers all National Parks, Forest and BLM.
  11. Bill, 5 to 7 years, depending on condition of side walls and the type/condition of roads you mostly travel on!
  12. Bill, well said ! joe. Welcome to the Forum! I get 6.2-6.8 at 63-65 mph, 1650-1700 rpm on a 425 Cummins, 3000 Allison, 45 foot DP, 54,000+/- pounds!

    Coach Roof

Needing some information on, what is the difference if any, between RV Armor and FlexArmor? I have a Fiberglass roof. Rest of coach info is under my name. Carl C.
  14. Teri. Welcome to the Forum! Hope the answers helped you out. F248421. Welcome to the Forum!
  15. joe. Welcome to the Forum! Could you be more specific in your question? I have no idea what " dumping cables" are!
  16. Nice! Your dogs look happy...have a great trip!
  17. Nice looking Trek. I would not run it over 65, unless I was passing someone! To me, it's the journey, not how fast I can get to the destination!
  18. The ballot will be in the , and I'm trying to remember here because I'm moving and have no idea which box my notes are in, September, October and November issue. You will also see it in the digital issues, by going to FMCA. Com. Happy trails
  19. "knickers in a twist". Last I heard that expression, was some English fellows, who was playing the "Old Course" at St. Andrews in 2016. Foursome ahead of us!
  20. WBill. In 2014, I changed my front 295's, H to 315 J. I feel mine is softer, no change in weight +/- ! rhinderber, what coach you got? If your running in the high 70's and it's not a Prevost, I don't want to be anywhere near you!
  21. Sorry Brett, but I think the "topic" alone, will be all over the map! There is so much "Misinformation" out there, I don't see how you can put a lid on the "wandering of subject"!
  22. Herman. Totally agree! Even a new Newell has lots of problems & that's a 30% loss out of the lot, on a custom 46 foot. We both know one in Lone Star!
