  1. joe. Welcome to the Forum! Could you be more specific in your question? I have no idea what " dumping cables" are!
  2. Nice! Your dogs look happy...have a great trip!
  3. Nice looking Trek. I would not run it over 65, unless I was passing someone! To me, it's the journey, not how fast I can get to the destination!
  4. The ballot will be in the , and I'm trying to remember here because I'm moving and have no idea which box my notes are in, September, October and November issue. You will also see it in the digital issues, by going to FMCA. Com. Happy trails
  5. "knickers in a twist". Last I heard that expression, was some English fellows, who was playing the "Old Course" at St. Andrews in 2016. Foursome ahead of us!
  6. WBill. In 2014, I changed my front 295's, H to 315 J. I feel mine is softer, no change in weight +/- ! rhinderber, what coach you got? If your running in the high 70's and it's not a Prevost, I don't want to be anywhere near you!
  7. Sorry Brett, but I think the "topic" alone, will be all over the map! There is so much "Misinformation" out there, I don't see how you can put a lid on the "wandering of subject"!
  8. Herman. Totally agree! Even a new Newell has lots of problems & that's a 30% loss out of the lot, on a custom 46 foot. We both know one in Lone Star!
  9. $$$$ Writhen by Marcus, using an AKA? Does "truth in advertising law" apply? Carl
  10. Cummins, owns Onan! Might be a bad bushing...take it to Cummins and get a Cummins Power Club membership when there, 10% off parts and labor! FYI. Don't think anyone on this Forum, care about what you can or can't afford ! Jay Leno, can do his cars and motorcycles! We are here to help!
  11. You do know this post is over a year old?
  12. I know of no, "Not for profit" or "Tax free Foundation", that does not have paid employees! I'm a member of 5 Fraternal Tax Free Foundations in America and 2 in Europe. I'm sorry Bill Adams, but I have no idea which "Planet" your at ! Back to topic! Ross, I would be the first in line to vote yes on Trailers, if it was a sister club or an Associated Club, without the right to hold National office or Vote! Back in 2016, before the first Vote, it was presented as a possibility for expansion, by including trailers as a sister club, sometime in the future, if we allowed the Constitution & By Laws to be changed, to reflect the 21st century! When the votes where in, the executive board, changed it to coach & RV's as full members...I was told by our current Sr. NVP "Rett", that it would be too much trouble to obtain a "separate charter", for a sister club! I do not now, nor did I at the time (DRVC Rally, pre Chandler) buy into the "separate charter"! Carl
  13. sparkchaser & 1994Vectra. Welcome to the Forum! Thank you for your input. Carl C.
  14. Ross. Not a perfect world and the scary part, is that less than 1% of the membership voted to put the other 99+% in the place we are now at ! So, Please take the 5 minutes to VOTE and buy a stamp and send it in by Snail Mail ! Carl
  15. Ross. If Herman is correct, then there is a fine line between, I want my "old" F# back and no, you can't have it, because your dead wife put it in her name! But we know you two was married and used different last names, so you can have a "A"# until you decide to get a coach and NEW F#. You think I'm confused? Still am! Carl
  16. jimnorman. FMCA has a, Associate Membership already, for non-owners of a qualifying coach! You get a membership with an, "A"-xxxxx, mine was A-1905 at one time for a couple of years. You get the magazine every month!
  17. That's how I renew each year...engine service.
  18. Any auto parts store can check it for you, also NAPA and Interstate shop...it don't take a "Private Mechanic" to do it.
  19. Not a warm, Fuzzy feeling! I'll call Cummins San Antonio Monday! Thank you
  20. Herman. You got Simple again...he wrote that he has a tow bar and brake system, came with the coach! I use the "D" ring holders on my steel bumper...towed 3 years and about 40,000 miles!
  21. OK, that part is good. Now what are you going to do about the 2004 KD? BillA is correct, I used mine for an anchor...2006 and still holding guest boats!
