  1. Chris. Welcome to the Forum! I have the same system! After you air up and the engine is running, press Travel button, the coach will come off leveling and air up to travel mode...if you then want to level, push air and auto or manual and re level. I level coach first, then take the slides out (4), then allow coach to find it's own level and turn off ignition. The air pump will run periodically to keep coach level. Carl
  2. Strats. On behalf of us all. Thanks for keeping us informed. Not going near your turn signal... Carl
  3. Tim. Welcome! Have you checked the start switch in the rear of your coach? It may be off ! Carl
  4. mike. Welcome. That's one of the best Class C, built. You should have lots of good travels and enjoyment for years to come! Carl
  5. Grindy. Welcome! It would help everyone if you would list: Make, year, model of what you insured. Carl
  6. Tom. Love it. Not fond off having something showed down my throat...I'm 74 and have learned that "Volunteer or not, nobody does something for nothing"! Runs the gambit from personal satisfaction to $$$. Having been a member of FMCA, under 3 different #'s since 1973, I like to think I've seen and heard it all....got a lot of friends in "Low Places", that keep me informed. Not always 100% correct. So, If I'm misinformed about the Logo stuff, then I stand corrected and accept that. Not the first or last time! Jeff. As you posted, your a closed group on Facebook and mostly under 60. I don't do Social Media...Facebook, Twitter, etc. Most of my friends don't either and it's got nothing to do with age, but Privacy! I'm not against you, I'm for you and what your trying to do! However, there has to be another way to keep all the members, notified of ENERGIZED other than the Forum (that's available to FMCA and non FMCA) and Facebook ! One more thing for all : I wonder, what is the average age of owners off towable? Carl
  7. I don't know if an aerial view was taken, but would love to see one! 2,600+ coaches in any FMCA Rally, is more than I have seen in many, many years! Now, think of the bedlam if another 2,000+ pull behinds had been there... 90% off them have to have electric hook ups, most can't go long on their own holding tanks! I was at the San Antonio, TX. FMCA Annual Rally. We had over 4,000 coaches at the Fairgrounds...after the event, the City said, no mass (no more)! First and last. That's when FMCA started talking about 2 rallies per year! Carl
  8. Strats, Herman. If this had been last year, Joe would have made the trip for a six pack and some BBQ.. Now, he's on a strict diet and exercise regime! Wonder what he will cook up on his Camping Trips this Spring and Summer? Bulgur on toast points, chased by water?
  9. Herman. The crew in Chandler, was the best ! Off course, one can avoid all the lines, by being a volunteer and come in early!
  10. Herman. I don't think AMCO paid. If they had, the OP would have praised them!
  11. Not to mention the country's that go to war against us, then lose and we build them back up, bigger and better and richer than they where to begin with! They still hate us! Ironically, they still take our money, that we somehow feel we have to give them! Bleep! I'll step off my box now and put myself on TIME OUT.....Again! Carl

SAAB's looked nice, but they did go thru oil, built for European roads...not the Autobahn. About as potent as the Spanish Seat, by Fiat...Don't know if they still are available, but the biggest buyers of Seat's in late 60's and 70's was Brazil ! SAAB and Volvo, SAAB is still in business, but not as a car...think Jet Fighter planes!
  13. rggarrott. Welcome! All I read here, is you made a mistake! Nothing of fault by either Nationwide or AMCO....blaming them or putting out a hypostasis, to wiggle out of your bad, is not fair to them or anybody else who reads this! Carl
  14. Strats. You have nothing to be sorry for! Quite often we stray, and as long as it is positive and somewhat related to OP, it's all good.. You should read some other post's that we strayed....this one is a kitty cat ! Cat
  15. Gramps. The people who sell the FMCA Logo stuff, are a private enterprise and they know nothing, because they are not FMCA members! Regular Vendors. Jeff. The only problem I see with your info. only being for 60 or less...I bet there are a lot off Grandparents out there that are FMCA members and travel with their grandkids in Summer and don't go to FMCA Rally. because they don't know about you! I do, because I'm on forum...Think about it ! Carl
  16. Herman, The fishing is better away from shore That's why they launch all the bass boats, so they can fish the shoreline!

    Maxxforce Engine

Like Linda and her CAT350, she uses mostly 5th gear at 2000rpm to do 55mph up hills! I sometimes have to go into 5th at 1950rpm=66mph. I have 1250 torque...then there is the way the Allison is geared to max torque...think we covered that !
  18. No! But there was and they may be still in Business, a Prevost Conversion Co., in Tennessee that built the coach for land/water operation. The craft was a houseboat shell and you drove your coach into it...your DP was the propulsion and you drove it from the coach! It was the featured coach in our FMCA Magazine, but I don't remember the year...thinking 10+ years ago! Carl
  19. I presume there are 2 of you. One hold with both hands, the other twist.

Joe, is the 360 torque 650 or 800?
  21. Wayne, don't feel bad. I didn't know they had one, till I read it here! I was there! Must have been by RSVP..
  22. David. Welcome! I have the same engine, it's a 2009. Mine goes off about every 4,000 miles, Not knowing what year yours is, I can't say if a 07 or 08 has the same span as mine, but it does seem a tad excessive. Have you checked with Cummins? Carl
