  1. Just being a Spartan and the added weight for a 41 footer would help. As has been stated earlier, by Brett, Kay, Blake and Joe, there are many factors that comes into play. What's the GVWR on the Revolution? Independent front suspension? I'm guessing it's a 8kw generator in front on a slide out. Most important question is, have you driven it ? I just checked out the Beaver, beautiful coach, but it does not show a build date or chassis engine date. I'm thinking it's a 2007 built. My other concern is the 20,600+ miles, would like to see at least 3X that. It's a RR10S chassis. It's 1.5 feet shy of 45 foot ! There is another site that might serve your wish. Prevost Stuff, on main page click on other luxury coaches. A lot of Monaco, Country Coach, Newell's, etc. from $100,000 up! Carl
  2. 41hudson6. Welcome to the Forum and FMCA Family! We know the year make and model. Info on engine, Allison #, like mine is a 3000. Type of Inverter, Acid or AGM batteries and age of same. Is the chassis and engine a 94 or 95! That will save a lot of time for you and us. Carl
  3. Don't know how far a field you want to go....Pioneer RV in Port A. does do big rally's. Since we now have 2,000+ spaces on Galveston Island. Not home, I'm in Ruidoso, NM. so I can't give you names, but we got a couple that are 400+! Carl
  4. Roland, what do you want to know? I'm on a Spartan and I love it ! Have had both the Freightliner and Power Glide. Carl
  5. Sorry, my bad. I got behind, some where within 2,600+ coaches at Chandler, AZ. This Post has turned around my thinking also. Excellent ! Carl
  6. Welcome to the Forum! Nice and you got the 2 Euro cliners I would like to have. Safe travels Carl
  7. Jim. Read the last line again! Michael. The only one's I can think of right now, is Skyline Ranch in Bandera, TX, Also a possibility, would be Tyler Oaks, in Tyler, TX. and Antique Capital in Gladewater, TX. and maybe The Plantation in Lafayette, LA. Hope it helps Carl Capt. of Golf, Six State
  8. What happened to the photos of the "Blue Angeles " ? If we have a new moderator, that is anti military...I'm off this forum! Carl
  9. oneway. Thank you! always puts a lump in my through...appreciate it...
  10. Hate it, when that happens! I don't do osmosis real well. Girl friend and Ex wife's does and did...
  11. I don't know about "Any coach, ever made"!? They had some "off the wall" designed trailers, bus conversions and "Coach Cars", long before the "cookie cutters" came out ! Carl
  12. Tom. What size coach do you have? I can take a shower or 2 a day, for 7 days with out getting full grey tank. Black=10 days! I have 110 gal. fresh, 80 grey, 40 black. Now granted, I can't take the kind of shower that I do in a RV park or at my house! So, as long as you both understand the idea of get wet, turn off shower, soap up, turn on shower and rinse off...you'll do fine! BillA. got his in first. Carl
  13. How can one not hear the writhen word?
  14. If you use Bill's advise. which I have done, I got a mountain bike inertube (old one) and cut a 12" section out, cut it in half length wise and wrapped each leg where it touched the roof. Protects the roof and gives the ladder more stability!
  15. Nice, saw one last year, for sale in Houston, Texas and ran across one with the Rexhall Chapter, FMCA Rally in Redmond, OR 2014...that's it. The Rexhalls been around for a long time and was the first Manufacturer to offer slide out's, it was called the T-Rex, 2 full wall slides! They still make them. The Rose Air, never really took off, so it was replaced with the Aerbus and Clipper, still being built today and the most popular is the Aerbus 40 DP. Carl
  16. billfrid42. Back to OP folks! The only restrictions I have come across is in certain areas in California. Mostly coastal communities, around the LA area and it's been city ordinance...like Santa Monica! Also some in NE. Use common sense, there are roads that a sane person should stay away from in any length RV, an example would be US Hwy. 89A from Sedona, AZ. to Flagstaff ! The Blue Ridge Parkway comes to mind (there are some sections that you can do it), but not many! Carl
  17. For those who don't understand Texan. That's "taken to Jail" !
  18. Herman. Something about not wanting to take Fido with you sightseeing! How do you make sure that Fido is OK, while your out there! Touching actually ! Off course you can eliminate all that, by taking Fido with you... or you can make sure you have a fairly full tank of fuel, automatic Generator on/off and a happy Fido if electricity goes of ! Solves the whole issue! Then along came DD69! All H broke out...
  19. Kay. I have no problem with non-slide and it's a lot of headaches eliminated, along with extra weight and cost ! However, those who are not old Dinosaurs in RV'g, want slide out's, the more the merrier! Then there are those, who have had several Class A's, like Linda, without slides and now has her own 40 foot DP, with 3 slides and she want's 4 !! Go figure Carl
  20. Joe, read again...Blake was referring to a 2016 not his coach. Kay. Should be 8.
  21. Yesterday a Tech, we are at FMCA rally in Chandler, came out to look at Linda's front Colman AC with heat strip that has not worked in 10 days. He replaced 2 caps and the AC has been running fine now on both AC/heat...hers is a 2005 DP by Tiffin and sold as a 2006 ! Total bill $257. Carl
  22. Second hand info is always vague and mostly out of context ! Not implying that it's not true, but we are missing the where, what and when!
  23. Blake. If Ernie bought them brand new, I would agree! His Prevost is a 1997! Feel free to Google, Prevost-Stuff and look at prices in the 1990's, no slides!
  24. Bill. Your the one with the Mark Twain quote. Figure, since your already familiar with the back side, you should do it. However, I will give last writes, if you wish?
  25. Blake. You have the real Roadmaster chassis. From 2010 to now, they (REV group) use the "New and improved" Roadmaster chassis! They just don't build coaches like they used to, so they dazzle you with bling! Have said it before...think pre 2007. Period ! Roland, I live 2 1/2 to 3 hours away by car or coach. Carl
