There is one thing that comes to mind on the OP's question, is that does each burner control have a piezzo built into the knob? This is what strikes the arc, do you push in and hold each knob, or is there one knob for gas on each burner and another that you push and hold to strike the burner. Mine is the second one described, if it is the first described, there may be a battery within the control, usually the knob screws off of the unit and you will find a "AA" battery behind the knob, if it is of this style, the burner attach to that knob will not stay lit. As Joe pointed out, the induction cooktop has infinite control, and is the best thing for cooking since we want to change from propane to electric, Just remember to use good quality induction cookware.

The way we always cleaned a gas stove burner is to remove the stove top, usually slides in one direction and lift off. I left Good Sams and went to AAA 4 years ago. Every time I called Good Sam, there was always a hitch, they would only tow to the closest facility even though I offered to pay the difference of 25 miles to the nearest versus 42 to my home. No, not recycling the receiver, actually going through the setup of the receiver, this is only when and if i can't find a good signal. I use an "Answer" dish which I do have to set the elevation on, then it will automatically search the azimuth. When it fails to find a signal, I go through setup for the zipcode that I am currently in to get the correct elevation for the area, for instance, I live in central Alabama, the elevation is 48 degrees, when in Northeast Florida, correct elevation is 45 degrees. Correct term probably should have been reprogrammed the receiver.

I use Directv and never call and tell them anything about zipcode. I know that I can't get local programming when more than 100 or so miles from my home location. I sometimes do a reset of the receiver to the local zipcode just to be able to read the coordinates for dish adjustment. I do not subscribe to relocation so I know that calling will do no good. I do use an antenna for local broadcast when outside my home area.

I don't think that you can simply twist it around while it is mounted. While a tire is dismounted you can ask the tire installer to install a stem that will do what you are asking for. The stem hole is placed on the narrowest side of the rim on all that I have seen, not saying that the rim manufacturer could not place it the other way but I think that would be a rare thing. There are some valve stem extensions that are flexible, but I have have never used or liked them because of the possibility of leakage. Do you have a 6 year old grandson that might reach through the hole and get the tpms started on the threads? I have used make shift holding devices to barely get a valve cap to start, then usually can finish the tightening process with one or two fingers. Good luck getting it together, Kay

Who replaced the carb? If done by a professional, I would return to that facility with complaint. Could be wrong carb., or a faulty one, especially if this is the first time that same symtoms have appeared.
