I used wire ties to attach to rear ladder and suction cups for inside windshield. Works for me.

Some radios have a 1 amp fuse inside the radio. If you replace it and it blows again right away the radio needs service by a radio tech. A test light will tell if you have power to the radio if you unplug the harness from the back. Usually red wire is 12 volts and black is ground.

I had a TV that had colors like that and turned out to be the TV itself. I would take it back to the dealer if I was you.

Salt Lake City to Junction City is 783 miles or about one tank of fuel. TB is right about going to the builders as they will use a team to repair or modified your coach. They know your coach inside and out better than anyone. It's not too late to go there as I travel the area many times in Dec - Feb with little problems.

I guess HP means me. The 93 MH I had had a Allison 4 speed something like a 545. It had a speed sensor on one side of the transmission and backup switch on the other side. These were just above the oil pan. The grommet that held the connector on were hard rubber and not easy to remove and install on the sensors but doable.

I don't know if your HR is like mine as you didn't answer my question but my coach primary fuel water separator is located behind the A/C condenser right behind the left rear wheel. I have to use the barrel key to unlock and lift the panel up and the same key to unlock the condenser and swing it out. While you are in there change your air brakes dryer filter.
-
If you have a HR there is most likely a primary and a secondary filter. What year is your HR and do you have a side A/C condenser? Also sounds like you need fuel treatment like anti-gel.

OK since he has rear radiator and that cat has plenty of toque maybe the engine is being lugged too much causing it to heat up. I have only a Cummins ISC 330 and same transmission with rear radiator and neither heats up on steep grade. It will downshift as I slow down and if it hunts I hit the down arrow till I hit the top. The econ mode is off also and more RPM's blow more air through the radiator.
-
Do you have a side radiator with a 2 speed hydraulic fan motor? If so maybe the high speed is not working or just not turning fast enough???? There has been some on here that has happen to and drove them crazy figuring it out.

How large is your coach? Is it gas or diesel? If large diesel coach you can go to Freightliner of Arizona,Flagstaff.

OK I went to the rally with the booster and toad and no improvement. When at the rally I seen someone refilling his tires and refilling again. Guess what the tire pressure monitor don't agree with the gauge and is all different pressure? Sounds familiar? Best to ignore them unless it sets off an alarm. On a side note is do new coaches come with tire monitor system? If so would they use little dabbers spinning on the outside of the valve? Would it be better to have the sensor inside the tire strapped to the rim? All cars had tire monitors for about 10 years years now. Why don't they have this kind of problems with their system?

We looked at Yuma, AZ and didn't find much to do there except cross the boarder into Mexico if you need expensive dental work. We look a little more west in the Palm Spring area and found something more to our liking with good monthly rates. More to do in the area, hot mineral pools and not far east and west of things we like to see and do.

Thank you Tom as I will be driving right by there on the way to Desert Hot Springs in December and back in March. I will call as I rather upgrade a few things instead of buying same new. They lower the product line of the HR Ambassador to entrance lever dp.

Art, how much would a replacement system cost if existing Alladin has three cameras, engine and trans data, trips meters, compass, outside and basement temp? Would it cover up or fit in the same hole in the dash?
-
Tom, are you at the Monaco factory for upgrades. Do they do upgrades? If so maybe there is a few I might like to get as I'm not too far from them.

2 thumbs up from me Gerald as I like ides that save us money and performs better. That reminds me instead of mounting my replacement TV's with expensive wall mounts and much modification to the cabinets I used 2 pieces of angle iron through the same screw mounting. Then I added Velcro strips to prevent it from rattling down the road. I saved over $200 and the TV's are more secured than using a wall mount.

Police To Enforce Fuel Taxation In Arizona
huffypuff replied to executive45's topic in Laws and Legislative Action
I travel through B.C. last summer so I know what your talking about Koliver. Lots of people come from your area to shop here in WA and if they have the time go to OR for tax free shopping. Most fill their tanks before going back through the boarder. -

Oh humm high fuel tax, stop in the state of WA and pay .375 state .244 federal = .619 cents combine state and federal tax per gallon. I'm leaving in the morning for Fairview, OR and may get a better deal there but if I need fuel on the way I will stop and get it. -
Bill if your tail lights are anything like on my coach you pop them out. You use a large size screwdriver and cloth to protect the paint you pry between the body and light housing from outboard to inboard. It will pop out of rubber grommets be sure not to lose any then change bulbs. Make sure the grommets are in the frame and spray with silicone to make it easy to pop back in.

Turbo Failure on Caterpillar Engine
huffypuff replied to charlesholman@comcast.net's topic in Engines
Rich on many of the new cars it is programmed in the computer to watch the exhaust temperature and will only shut down when it cools. The car may idle a couple of minutes after the driver exit the car and may indicate why on the dash.- 31 replies

My first rally was in Redmond, OR and I just happen have my dash cam on coming and leaving. It shows just how easy it is and somehow if I can figure it out I would like to share them. If I can post short clips in a blog I will share them, still learning here.

OK, finally got around to it as we are preparing for another trip. I installed the booster in the rear bedroom breaker box that also have 12 volt fuses. I then removed all sensors and reset the tire minder and reprogrammed it. I installed all 10 sensor on both the coach and toad. Now the pressure reads within a couple of pounds of what I set it with my long stick gauge. I don't know what went wrong the first time and I'm more happy with this results. We will see how it works on trip to rally starting Thursday.

It's not unusual for a warranty to refuse to pay shipping charges. If they did pay the charge who to say that all parts will have shipping charges tacked on to it. They have to draw the line somewhere.
