Campgrounds in Southwest Harbor Maine
manholt replied to jerrycheek's question in Destinations/Attractions
Jerry. Welcome! Are you looking for now? Or Spring, Summer? Short or Long Term? My overall length of coach & toad is 64 feet, I've had good luck in the past thru, State, area & Good Sam Rating. The term RV Park & RV Resort, has different meaning in different parts of the country! Just like "Big Rig". -
Like the Mailman said....we both have the same system & it works for us!!!

Joe, perhaps the Traeger in the coach is not built for a "Rolling Earthquake"! Weber in coach & at home...also a SS smoker (no it does not take pellets), the old fashion way, by Pit & Spits! Wayne, your right on the steaks! Bill, your a sick puppy! Coon, squirrel, nutria and possum should always be smothered in gravy (cast iron pot), with onions and potato! -

Joe, our Turkey & Ham was smoked with Pecan wood...not overpowering, just plain good. Don't know what wood was used for the Deer, it too was mild. We like Pecan & it's free! Mother nature is the provider, we have 5 Pecan Trees. -
If the "Red Button" don't do it. Pull the card out & reinsert card. After you make coffee, it will take about 10 min.
-
slowe. Where along the way have you not been? I-10 to Hwy 71 in Texas, that's the easy part. When we travel from FL, we stop at KOA in Milton, FL. Then Cajun Palms in Baux Bridge, La. Just East of Houston is San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort. After that, we need to know what your interests are, ie do you want to go to Coast & Galveston, or NASA Space Center?

We have both family (mine) and friends (ours) in Oregon...weather at all locations was not good. Coos Bay, Norway, 30 miles E of Bend, Sisters and 40 miles E of The Dalls! This person & coach does not do chains! Enjoy the Holidays! -

Had you gone South thru SLC, the snow line would have changed to rain in Ogden, then clear until more rain this am in Las Vegas. The system is moving more North than East. -
BIG Ditto on that, Sir!

OB, in the parking lot? I thought you was heading South, not North West? -
However, very cheap to do as Brett said & you might save $3k+
-
Herman,, the issue of mildew is a matter of where in the US you park it. What works in IN, may not in TX or other Gulf state's!
-
Brett. Tacking East bound would get old quickly & your 700+/- miles could easily double or triple! The Trans Atlantic crossing is also based on the prevailing wind...from North at end of Summer & from way South after Christmas from Spain to Barbados, via Verde Islands.

My current coach has one AC with heat pump in bedroom! I had a 2007 WB Tour, it had basement AC/Heat & switched back/fourth, just like the house...set it at 72 and forget it. When I traveled by other means, I had it set at 66 low & 76 high. Texas weather!
-
Cummins, Denver...right up the road.
-
How do you get the toy on top of truck garage? What's your height? Just read your Link...WOW, that's an impressive system!
-
What drives trains, OTR 18+ wheeler's, all military vehicles, Jets, heavy duty mining equipment & rockets? Other than OTR's, their all EPA exempt. Then there are every floating boat out there...even sail boats have engines, type determined by size! No EPA that I know off.
-
It's a beacon alright...is that sliding doors, or entry in back? Ours is a drive thru.
-
Nope. Don't have that on this coach or the 2011 Allegro Bus that I froze in! AH is a different animal, than attwood. Ian...we will be using a Palm tree in the yard for lights at Christmas, well be at the camp 123 miles South of San Antonio from 12/10 - 2/01/20 ! Feel free to frolic in the cold and snow, with a hot libation...I'll take the frosted mug & beer!
