  1. Bill, since we will be in that area, Aug. 19, I'm keeping tabs...
  2. We are in Quebec Providence, traveling with 24 other coaches and 1 pull behind (34'). 14 coaches are 42 to 45 foot, no problems in RV Parks an National Parks! Due to the Ferry System, all RV's must have exact measurement of coach, hitch & toad...my coach is 47 foot 3 inches! Front Cap & End Cap is the difference in length on all coaches!
  3. My 2013 Jeep Wrangler, 3" lift & 35" tires, 2 door = 4,360 pounds. Tow's good 4 down! If I had yours, it would be on a trailer!!! You left a lot out about the Jeep...I'll guess that it's a AEV conversion on a Rubicon 4 door, if so, it will come in at 6,300+/- pounds! I only wonder, why 40" tires? AEV used 37" tires on 18" rims. Hope you have several years of experience in off road driving with non stock engines!!!
  4. The inverter allows you to use you batteries for 120v applications, when your not on Shore Power.
  5. Lobsters, lobsters, lobsters! I can get all the "other stuff," any day in Texas!!! Currently in Perce, Quebec & had Lobster Stew for Lunch..
  6. I think your inverter/converter is not recognizing that your on 15 amp!
  7. Hands down, the best. I've had them all & will not go back to any other system! They also have it for gas coaches!
  8. The CB that causes house to trip, what size is it & what does it run?
  9. For what it's worth. Found out this week, there are a few changes in the Montana Law! LLC is now $2,000 + $200 a year, also any RV, over $300,000 in value, will be charged a Luxury Tax..minimum $1,200 per year! They are not going by, "what you paid", but by List price! We have 2 coaches with Montana Plates in our Group, they are full timers and get mail from Escapee's in Livingston, TX. DL is Texas also...they are legal in all states. They are keeping their LLC, but the coaches and toads, will be registered in Texas by years end.
  10. FIVE. "They've never touched the ground." What do you do? Hoover?
  11. parisha. Welcome to the Forum! You are correct! What is a face place?
  12. I totally agree! I-76 was the biggest hit. I-87 was no big deal. We'll see in Aug going back home from NS.
  13. I would have gotten it, when I was in PA., but it gets mailed to your home (per Joe)...we will be in Texas end of Aug!
  14. Moped racks, like MC racks, on a DP can be a bother. Elect or Hydraulic racks, tend to cost as much or more than what you carry! Other option is a small trailer, but then you have 2 more tires to worry about & you cant back up.
  15. Combine everything into one bike each, E Bike...most have a lithium battery, charge by plug in or you when ever you petal. Goes up to 20 mph and most will go 4 to 6 hours without re charge! $2,200 to $2,700 each!
  16. Kay. Your HO's are always appreciated. Chris. Newmare Vantana 40 foot comes standard with a Tag & Comfort Drive...30/35% off MSRP. Used, is whatever you would want to pay!
  17. Two axle, air ride=close...add Tag axle, no comparison. Define what you think Luxury is?
  18. RussM311. Welcome! KOA in Scott, been going there since 1980. Problem is, if you got any coach over 36'...you got a problem in "Old Section". Mine is 45' and I use Frog City RV Park now! Food? No problem, my best friend lives in Kaplan...I have learned all the best places along and off Hwy 14. We are also members of Cruisin Cajun Chapter.
  19. We carry and use 4 Jack Pads, 14" x 14" x 3", they help to spread load, prevent Jacks from sinking into ground and as Kay said. I will also use one or more as needed, when I use Air Level. Pads are HD & got them from Amazon $160 for 4.

iRV2, has a big section on ABS HR Endeavor, fault codes, 1997-2008. On this Forum, search in year 2009-10 for ABS codes.
  21. Hope it's a 6 degree or less slope. IMHO, I would walk into water first to see where the drop off is...do not get the steer axle into water & look for any growth or slick spot's around edge of water line! Good luck!
  22. Don't forget the plugs...I would not attempt it in a gas or diesel coach! Mine was a 31' Scarab, twin 502's! Agree with Herman..always someone willing to help with a truck!!
  23. Jim S, what else is new? Rich solved the problem...Then it went to maintenance & that's relevant info.

    What codes came up?
  25. Joe, when I was in your drive way, 3 weeks ago...I got on web about the EZ PASS & happened to see a link for FL Sun Pass, the Sun Pass is good for 17 States! I, as you know, did not pursue the matter any further. The total toll's we paid from you to NJ to Canada via 87 was less than $30. The big one was I-76 across PA, 5 axles RV $74.80!!! Since my Jeep was considered a part of coach, 3X charge for car! An interesting side note. Montana, now has a Luxury Tax for any RV over $300,000 = $1,200 to $1,400 per year!
