Ross. You are right about the education part. I was there with you! Also, cast my last vote. "Hands on driving of a RV", in a seminar format would be free, but actual driving would cost money. We have RV'g 101 and at $250 per person, that's not free education, that's smoke & mirrors! Jim S. Audit for FMCA, just call the 800# and ask for it. Audit for FMC inc? Good Luck, please let us all know if you get it.

The answer to the OP is not the proposed budget, I got that at the Governance meeting! It does not indicate how much $$$ the for profit side of FMCA made or even has! Only a fool would think that all the people who go to work, every day, is doing it for free! The annual Budget, reflect what FMCA "not for profit", can spend.
  4. You mentioned 4 days to drive. NC, Utah, NC? Good Luck with that ! It's 2,000 each way + whatever you want the kids to see in Utah!
  5. Or AC's. Where there is flowing and/or standing water ! Like a shower, tub or sink=GFIC ! Yes, UL is .5ma. I would like to see .3 or .4ma!

Ross. Have you ever seen a P & L, from FMCA for profit company? Must be a well guarded secret...I have tried for 6 years and all I can get is the same language that you just used !
  7. Owner said he was putting in cement slabs, better roads and new pedestals this year!
  8. Not much help, unless your in a cut/dry State like California...but even they have vague exemptions! I have a total of 10 seat belts, therefore, I'm exempt, in most States!
  9. Kay. Your right. Even a Moderator can muddy the water! Can we put him on, "Time Out"?

    Coolant

Thank you! Every bit of knowledge help!
  11. What I don't understand, is the SUV's at the Rally in Gillette, that had a long, thin antenna mounted at the rear bumper, X braced at roof line and 10+ feet up, had a transceiver/receiver with 4 more feet of antenna! Going down the road, it was a whip! Is that suppose to look cool?
  12. Knees are also a harder operation...full hip is less than 2 hours.
  13. Depends on what your TT weight is, when loaded for travel and how that weight is distributed.

One is Not for profit...the other is! You can get a year end P/L from FMCA not for profit, by asking for it. The other? Good Luck! I'm no longer a National Director & even as one, I could not get it.
  15. Pla Mor is a great campground and the owners are young & fun. There are a lot of excellent Amish markets and restaurants in the area! Stay away from the big barn tourist food places. We where there, both before and after Indy last year & will be back next year!

Brett. Is there liners on the CAT 350, 2005? Linda's.
  17. Byron. If you know where the low overpasses are. Why not go around? I'm sure they have OTR by pass on all of them!
  18. Bill E. They heard him, but the name of the game is "high dollar diagnostics"! Then you get some feel good money back!
  19. Folks travel in RV's all the time with children off all ages!
  20. Rich, dielectric change at high altitude, will also affect the voltage. Not to any bothersome degree, below 11,500 feet. Above that, it decreases voltage exponentially. At 13,000 feet, it drops to .85% of 1v per = 102v depending upon the insulation properties, of the material used. It will not affect the GFIC, as it will still trip, at the same amperage. Recall CB? Not that I'm aware off...but will check!
  21. Joe, DW is trying to tell you something!!! Better listen up..
