Roland, new or used will have bugs to work out. The only difference is who pays for it and how long the coach is out of reach. Depending on new dealer support will really make different manufacturers stand out. Having to take everything back to the manufacturer because of poor dealer support is unacceptable to me and is a direct reflection of the manufacturer.

Liquid spring would be an absolute must!

Roland for me it would be Newmar. But I would want to see a list of materials first and their origins. The industry is flooded with overseas materials that are unsafe for humans, Tiffin uses them but puts warning labels throughout the interior not to be inside for any extended amount of time. I would prefer not to expose my family to that. This is a common practice on lower end coaches (lower price point that is) and most trailers. Our friends trailer (made by Thor) doesn't have the labels but the caustic odor is so bad it gags you after a few minutes. never dissipated after three years of ownership.

Tmatador2000, welcome! Here is the link for the recalls on that refrigerator, scroll down, they have a lot of recalls going on . As mentioned above i would call them also, they recalled the recall on ours and it still caught fire. Terrible company! http://www.thetford.com/customer-support/recall-information/

Keep in mind driving on an air ride seat can be very distracting for most people. You will find yourself bobbing up and down which can also be nauseating for people as the steering wheel and pedals gain distance and come back to you while driving. I don't want to come off like a wise guy but if you need an air ride seat in a DP you bought the wrong DP, Super C on a truck chassis I fully understand, that will beat your teeth out of your head.

UGH . "professional" driver . Most of these have retired, the majority of whats running around now are horrible, not professional. I'm in that business on the Fleet Management side, you'd have a real hard time finding a "Professional" in the driver side of this business especially the over the road guys, most have temporary CDL's and are not from this country. This business is nothing like it was 10 years ago . What we are seeing now cannot drive a manual transmission and can only go forward

Ice floats, the key words above is "some water" and "a gallon of water". Most will tell you 1/2 tank of water with ice, that's useless as the video proves. Bill I watched a couple of guys try and unclog a black tank bouncing a trailer in a campsite, one on the tongue one on the rear bumper you know that mental picture you have right now...yeah it was pretty funny. The one guy said to me "bet y'all can't do that with yer motorhome" . I laughed so hard I carried beers down to them when they were worn out and panting. The least I could do for free entertainment.

Brian, you might just have inaccurate sensors, common on most coaches depending on what type it's equipped with. as bill suggested, drain the tank and see if you can see in from the toilet
-
Is that your filter in the photo or an example? If that is your filter it looks like its time to replace it with all of that rust on top. As a rule of thumb, if a filter is old enough to rust the element inside could be breaking down from age. Thanks for the tip.

Nice looking coach, enjoy!

Brian, can you see down into the tank from the toilet? If so get a pressure washer, put a 45 degree fitting on the end, go with a lower psi tip so as not to do any damage and have at it, turn the nozzle and rock it left to right and back and forth. I personally would remove the toilet first, just make it easier, put the ceiling fan on intake, NOT EXHAUST . Pass the pressure washer wand through the bathroom window, don't put the pressure washer inside the coach. The hand held wands I don't believe will have enough to do what you want it to do and there is an ice cube trick I have heard about, that has been proven useless on a few Youtube videos.

Entire house is block basement to roof, filled with Styrofoam beads, I added an outlet to the kitchen that sat into the block just slightly to clear the plaster wall. I notched out the block and opened it.... boy did that make a mess, one floor above one cell emptied all across the counter
