    Pads For Jacks

Neither do campground fire rings placed incorrectly , ran over one a few years ago with the DP, in 1000 years someone will dig it up and wonder what it is . I have Lynx with their chocks that interlock leftover from the old coach, only needed them once for the DP (air leveling only). I have considered pulling them out for more basement space

    Tire Pressure

I have one of these that sits in the pocket next to the drivers seat. Before EEZTire TPMS I used it often, I took the batteries out of it now.
  3. To what, a 4 door wrangler with no lift and a hellcat engine ?
  4. Jim, I always had it waxed to keep it protected, worked well, once it wore off I would see some streaking down the sides. I also have some clear coat peeling at the very top on the flat surface. the Stuff above if over lapped and properly prepped will keep that protected. Its also a UV blocker, which was a huge selling point.
  5. Anyone ever use this product? In lieu of waxing my roof this year i'm giving this a consideration. I can coat the roof of the coach for $139.00 myself. https://www.nyalic.com/SHOP-ONLINE_c_57.html
  6. Richard, I have one of these; https://store.snapon.com/Non-Catalog-Items-Mini-Weld-Model-7-Airless-Plastic-Welder-P879658.aspx Every now and then i will play with it, its more of an art that I want to get down. Another one, better pricing; https://www.eastwood.com/airless-plastic-welder-model-7.html?SRCCODE=PLA00020&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIz6bnjLTp2gIVUIezCh3GNQqOEAQYAiABEgKHlvD_BwE
  7. Sounds like you got some good options. My neighbor manages a company that makes Stainless tanks for all sorts of applications in Delaware. A bit too heavy for an RV and out of your way.
  8. YUP, summer of 08' drove our C from PA to CA the most I paid was $4.59 per gallon in a coach that was probably getting 7 miles per gallon average on a good day. Best RV trip ever...just took me longer to pay off the credit card.
  9. I'm with Wayne, sticker shock and that about it! I'm only going to live and experience 2018 one time in my life with friends and family, not willing to miss out on it when you don't know when your last day will be.
  10. That was my thought also, but I didn't want to miss out on some new gadget
  11. I hadn't thought of that before, but yeah I bet they are! Don't get your hopes up too much, its basically a large parking lot with Water and Electric. Here is a photo of our coach in the CG. There was a bunch of construction behind us back then, I'm guessing its completed by now.
  12. Liberty harbor is in Jersey City NJ. You literally drive to the end of the interstate at the light before the Holland tunnel turn right drive to the marina at the end and you are at the campground. That place was safe, we were next to a marina with 2 Millon dollar yachts and loft apartments on the other side that were probably pushing 3/4 of a million, no riff raft to be seen. The ferry picks you up at the marina.
  13. Same here, tornado is different.
  14. Mark, the Sprinter should be equipped with a sway bar from the factory, most likely undersized for the application but none the less it should be there. I would follow Brett's recommendation, then look into the Track bar as my 2nd step.
  15. Well actually a tractor trailer will blow over a lot more easily than a motorhome. The amount of square footage and LBS per squat foot are drastically reduced in a tractor trailer, especially empty. Also the center of gravity in a tractor is significantly higher than a motorhome empty or loaded but especially loaded. So in high winds they are in trouble empty or loaded.
  16. Totally agree! There seems to be a lot of aftermarket stuff hung to correct alignment/tire pressure issues that really need to be looked at first. I have the older chassis before the RR8, basically the same below the floor level. I have none of the complaints operating this coach like I keep reading about. I would assume if anyone would have issues it would be me at 41'2" with no tag. I can only conclude its an alignment, tire pressure issue or worn out component creating the complaints. Have all of that addressed first, then look for aftermarket components to dial it in to your liking's if still not satisfied.
  17. Ross, thanks! Ill look into purchasing one, last trip to Walmart they only had giant ones that were much too large.
  18. This is what i'm drinking now, pretty darn good
  19. DW drinks sweet tea all the time, I cant stand it...too sweet for me, water between tea's. For me lemon water mostly, milk or coffee. I like those donut shop keurig K-cups. I don't drink coffee daily anymore, just when I need a pick up, like today
