  1. If the area is subject to corrosion I would use DC 4 compound.
  2. Check with Roadmaster, they have several brake systems.
  3. When you reduce the setting of the valve, thus reducing the flow , the pressure before the valve is the same 11 inches of pressure, the flame is smaller. It is true you can change the flame size by changing the pressure but that is not how its done. The pressure will remain the same because thats the function of the regulator, which within the design limits (flow wise) of the regulator and the flame size is controlled by the metering orifice.
  4. A manometer will measure the pressure not the flow rate.
  5. I believe it is the liability, which I think is on your personal liability coverage on your homeowner's insurance. It may have to be specified in the policy.
  6. In a word it sucks. My wife has sprint and I have at.&t and I have much better coverage across the US in rural areas. I was thinking of going with verizon when my contract runs out in oct. I have had a few issues with at&t
  7. The overflow tube on the top of the tank should be attached to the filler neck so no fuel is spilled. You may have a split vent hose or loose clamp.
  8. It depends on your skill level. If you are mechanically inclined and read the manuals it would be very possible that you could do the change.
  9. If you have a tight budget I would let someone else be the early adopter and them do the testing to see if it will work. It may take a year or so but may save you lots of money.
  10. I would go with Roadmaster products as they are made in the US unlike the others.
  11. Its ok to run propane on the road as well as the generator. There may be a restriction for the propane in a tunnel but that is rare.
  12. You might check the fluid level. Does the motor change sound when jacks reach the ground?
  13. In our shop we used to pull the transmission and then with a modified hoist we would snake it out where the trans was. It was pretty easy.
  14. If you have a Hummer it has a tow mode which disconnects the wheels at the hub so nothing turns but the wheels and hubs.
  15. Toad brakes are required in Canada. Every axle on the ground must have brakes, so if you have a tow dolly even the rear wheels of the toad needs to have brakes.
  16. I you are adaptable, anything can be made to work. With 3 small kids we traveled 3 months at a time for 7 years. Great experience for the family.
  17. 11 column inches is 1/4 lbs pressure. Gauges are not as accurate as the water column
  18. Check with Roadmaster for sway bars as they manufacture them in house. Also check with them for steering stabilizers.
  19. Check the baffle in the chimney for soot and the location of the flame.
  20. Remove the valve and see if the tag raises.
  21. What part of the transmission is it over. I would think with a little disassembly of different pieces you should be able to get it out.
  22. If you can see the fan make sure there isn't a loose wire hitting the blade.
