  1. There is a listing of service centers by categories in the January Issue of Family RVing. However it isn't, to my knowledge, in state by state order. I will speak with the folk and see if such a listing can be generated. Thank you for your suggestion. Herman
  2. I have a book of electrical schematic, I will see what I can find and send it to you on a PM. Herman
  3. Can they be used as a Crock Pot? More for warming then cooking. They sound like a good appliance for the RV. Replace one for two, but only in the same space. Herman

  7. mhabicht, Welcome to the Forum. The best way to get the pressure for your RV is to have it weighed, all four corners. Then go to the chart for your tire manufacturer on tire pressure virus weight. Hope this helps, Again welcome, Herman
  8. sportque, Welcome to the Forum. With the coach in travel mode a level tow bar is ideal. However it is generally said that at the hitch 2 inches up or down is acceptable. Again Welcome, Herman
  9. Robin-one, Welcome to the Forum. They have shown RV Financing Companies advertisement, but FMCA doesn't offer and financing through the origination it self. Try ESSIX in Florida. they are a broker and will find you the best rate RV financing. Again, Welcome Herman
  10. Lots of folks carry a spare tire but no rim in their bays. Roadside services will mount the tire. Without the rim you will need to utilize the space wisely. Put water hoses and or power cables in the tire. Lots of stuff can go in the center. Herman
  11. tammeling, I am a bit confused. You asked for advice and have had an objection to all. If you practice Water Conservation it won't mater if you have a 6 gallon, 10 gallon or tankless water heater. Suggestions have been offered, use them or not. Sorry, Herman
  12. When I worked as a mechanic we took worn brake shoes and had them rebuilt. Are they able to take old pads and re-bond them with new Pads? Herman
  13. We always practice Water Management whether Boondocking or hooked up to Water. That the way we roll. Herman
  14. Take the pads to NAPA. They have always been able to match up part for me. May not help but can't hurt. Herman
  15. I need to understand a bit about A/C current. If you connect your generator to your main panel below the main breaker (both legs the neutral and the ground) and apply power from the generator will you have power feeding back through the neutral making it hot? I understand that the main MUST be turned off. Herman
  16. Ross, I know you are from Indiana and I have the same feeling about Texas. But the only time we were in Indiana my wife spent 10 day in the hospital in Indianapolis. She received excellent care, I don't want to return, too many bad memories. See you in Gillette. Herman
  17. Bruce, I have been to Arizona and Gillette and Indiana is not the best route between the two. Herman

  21. recycleperry, first Welcome to the Forum. Are you making reference to a particular case or just making a general statement? If the proper procedures are followed and the person is in the hospital under Doctors care and the doctor said that the person needed to be transported to get the proper care then that is one case. If the person is being treated and is recovering then that would be a different case. If you can give specifics to a case please forward all the information to three people, Jon Walker FMCA President, with copies to Rett Porter FMCA Vice President and Chris Smith FMCA CEO. They will look into it for you. Please be Specific with facts and not hearsay. Good luck and again Welcome. Herman
