Are both zones set up the same, are you sure you are getting 50 amps. Try starting the generator to be sure the shore power is not the problem as the Intellitec may be doing power management. Is sensor on front wall OK. There can be many reason besides the unit itself.

Where you find a Walmart there is a grocery nearby if you don't have enough in the Walmart.

Would it look something like this one? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ignition-Switch-g-Heavy-Duty-4-Pos-GM-style-key-Chrome-Nut-RV-Bobcat-180-/291330522885?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6368

Converting Power Awning From Onestep To Carefree Motor
huffypuff replied to rlbarkleyii's topic in Type A motorhomes
If your going to the FMCA 92nd family reunion rally in Madison, WI contact Shade Pro as they will be one of the vendors. They are the greatest and get the job done. For me they replaced 2 slide awnings, tighten another and added a drop screen at the end of the big awning.- 6 replies

When I worked fleet we called that BFG. Bad Fricking Ground to put it nicely. You have to remember that all 12 volt circuits have a positive and ground to make it work. Bad connection to either one will cause problems.
-
An amp gauge clamped around starter positive lead will give good indication of whats going on. High amp draw don't mean the starter is bad but could be problem with the engine. Hopefully it.s not engine that causing problem. May be best to bar over engine by hand to be sure. If OK have the starter bench tested.
-
It does sound like you need a better ground as the problem occurs with the heaviest of load. Tap a ground near the light bar to the vehicle frame.

Load range J is what I got when I went from the Goodyear H to Michelin. Size on both is 275/70R22.5. I guess Michelin knew what they are doing with that size tire.

The problem I have with balancing beads or disc is simple logic. When you are driving up to speed the beads would end up in the light area from the opposing heavy force. Every time you stop the beads would fall to the bottom by gravity. The wheels would be out of balance until the coach gets up to speed again. Hitting a bump in the road has the similar effect as it could toss the beads in an unbalance area for the moment. I rather stick to the old fashion balance. When I got my tires they were balance statically and dynamically. This seem to work well in most cases. Caution: If you have front tires spun balance on the coach be sure that the grease don't get spun out of the bearings. No problem with wet hubs.

I have the same problem when I upgraded to smart TV. There were only so many RCA input-output connectors on the TV that worked only at component setting. Otherwise I would need to use HDMI that the 2006 DVD player don't have. I think the best option would to upgrade to a blue-ray but have to be careful as the connectors to speaker in the ceiling and sub-woofer under the bench is also RCA connectors. I guess the bet bet is stop by a audio store and talk to a tech there. The DVD still works great through the TV though with great sound.

If you get it started again, put a voltmeter on the chassis batteries to see if it's charging. Electronics and solenoids don't like low voltage and will shut down the engine.
-
As Freightliner take over the majority of the chassis building for our coaches, this is what we will be getting. i don't know if Spartan is any better. I would check if I'm was in the market for another coach.

Check this link to make it simple to wire four 6 volts to 12 volts. http://www.dtisolar.com/store/wp/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/yago88-4.jpg

SharDonnay, I wouldn't surprised that you have starting batteries in place of deep cycle for the house batteries. Be sure to get deep cycle batteries for the house and if you can change it to four 6 volts batteries as they have thicker plates. They will last longer and might be the reason the batteries are bad so quickly.

Replacing Fabric: Day Night Shades On Tiffin 32LA

I thought you were supposed to install the shade clips in the valance and snap the shade in place last. -
MacGyver, I was in the right lane for THRU TRAFFIC if you will carefully watch the signs in the video. I knew that the left three lanes was for thru traffic well before the incident and all other trucks passed me on the left like they should. That truck was in the exit lane and made an illegal maneuver at the last minute as being in that lane means he suppose to exit. Even the trucking company safety department said he was in the wrong lane and not suppose to pass on the right. The last note is that all trucks three or more axles or pulling trailers is supposed to be going 55 MPH another wrongdoing on that drivers list of faults. He was passing fine as per video but he decided to take all of his short comings on another victim of his driving. In another video he also cut off a car that had to hit it's brakes as he changed lanes. I also turned that in to his safety department who stated that he will not continue to drive like that for our company. Please show me a printed rule that I suppose to have yield to that truck while I was going a steady speed in the lane I was supposed to be in. Your comment leaves more questions than answers.

I thought about getting a CB to communicate with truckers but I think that will be just adding fuel to the fire and another distraction.

If your house batteries are not charging while driving, the inverter charger will draw more amps while in bulk charging. Try slow charging the house batteries with separate charger overnight. Then you can try plugging in in the morning. If OK afterwards then check charging system on the coach. I got caught with a bad boost charging solenoid that would boost starting but not engage to charge house batteries. Must of had something to do with the vibration from the engine to the battery compartment. New solenoid fixed it.

I looked at the table in my coach and it's got a Monaco label on it. May be best to call your coach maker as they may have a option for you.

This is the one I got. The description here don't say about the led light on the end and the included hook, magnet and mirror that you can hook o the end. http://www.amazon.com/ACDelco-ARZ604-Alkaline-Battery-Digital-Inspection/dp/B004P643LM
-
I would use my 7 mm flexible camera with hook on the end to fish it or look for it from the backside. If you can get to it from the backside make sure there is enough slack in it to push through. If not enough slack you have to add some wire to it.
-
Yes it does have a tube and once used I store inside the cap. That will make it curl up a bit but I found it beneficial for spraying around corners.
