  1. So, what happened? One word. Greed. went up about the same time, we got the Lottery, Silicon Valley No.2 (Thank you Ann Richard). Most of the State Oil & Gas, belong to Texas A&M and UT...so, the General Fund have to get $$$ somewhere! 🙄😂
  2. I'm over 70, so why buy, when you have coverage already?
  3. Pressure Pro, works with Silverleaf and came with coach...I replaced all 8 this year! If you have an on-board computer, make sure your sensors are compatible...otherwise you need another screen. I don't need or want 4 screens!
  4. Kay. Rich went skinny with age and I can attest to the fact that he eats! My chest dropped to my gut, so no more Limbo dancing for me! 😂
  5. Bill, I had it serviced in Ruidoso, NM and refilled tank in Rapid City, SD. Best I could do...still have a quarter of a tank left and will refill tomorrow in Burnet, Texas! Now, I got to re Lube...Lol
  6. Try State Farm. 1-800-782-8332 or National....I have the first one, Linda has the other. The rest is all based on what Don said.
  7. Yep! One in Livingston, Texas, another in Bushnell, Florida. Call Escapees and make an appointment.
  8. Got it in my Jeep, changing it back to Amsol Synthetic today! Dropped from 16 to 14.4 mpg in one tank! Enough said. I run the same as FIVE in coach and generator!

    mattress

Look it up, I just did. Not BBB affiliated. I have never heard of them....made in Tenn., Components or put together?
  10. TD. I also feel your pain! Agree with all above. Newmar is not your problem. I have a American Coach, 2010 , been thru most of what you listed. Not the Brands problem, most components, are from pre-2007! Had a new 2011 Tiffin, Allegro Bus...POS ! Again it was the components! Pre 2007 or newer than 2015 is the answer, on any cookie cutter brand !!!
  11. Makaira. Welcome to the Forum! Safe-T-Plus for front. Have alignment checked first, front and back, before install. Used it on a 40 foot DP, with solid front axle & it made a huge difference. You probably will not encounter a wind shear again. I have had a couple of sustained 60+ winds and in excess of 70+ gusts, but at twice your weight and 20/30 mph, looking for a exit or pull out, I have no issue with it. You should have been going half your speed in those conditions....if the 18 wheel trucks was going 70 mph, there would not be any of the conditions you described.
  12. Problem with Flexarmor or RVarmor, that I have on mine, is that, both are 2 to 3 months out. They will come to you, that's the good news! I had mine done at the FMCA Rally in Gillette, Wyoming. July 17 & 18. $140 a foot & LOVE IT.
  13. bburns8. If you call the REV Tech department and give them your VIN# and FIN#, they will download the electrical schematic for your coach. Have you done that? It may be a 2000 or 2001 chassis/engine, depending on when in 2001 your build date was! Only Football game I watch or go to now, is College!
  14. I'm a little late on this post, sorry. When we go on our 61 day, Fantasy Maritime trip next June, the guns will be at home. Remembering to remove a gun is easy! Make darn sure you also remove all clips and any ammunition you got lying around, both in coach and toad... If you value your sanity, stay far, far away from the DW bridge at anytime! Both in coach or toad. GPS? Can't stand it. Linda has to use it, no map or direction sense! GPS works 30% of the time, my map works 100% of the time...I just look at the map, before we leave and it's in my mind for the day! Today I had to recall some roads, I had not used in 15+ years, to get around a pile up in Houston. While Linda was busy with her GPS, I by-passed it all, in no traffic...and we lost no time in driving from Galveston to Burnet, TX. 5 hours as usual.

    Cummins Service

Bill. I had a oil change there. That Cummins is good.
  16. Wayne. Thank you, that explanation, made as much sense to me, as "why does domesticated turkey's, crowed into a corner of the yard in a hard rain storm, lift tier open beaks to the sky and commit suicide by drowning" ? Sheep will do the same! Geez Kay. Not a he! So, what was that, white round, approx foot long barrel, maybe 4" across?
  17. Hello Don & congrats on your new position!
  18. Each one of my 4 slides, will get some water under the Topper after a heavy rain. As the slide comes in, the seal will act like a squeegee and the water will come of the side of slide, sometimes into my coach, but there is a channel on the bottom, at floor level, that allowes the water to drain outside. That's normal. Full wall slide, like you have, has 3 slide rails! Newer seen 2! Forget Camping World, call REV group...they built your coach!
  19. Gordon. I'm sorry. I wish I had a answer for you! I'm on my fifth Jeep Wrangler as a toad and have not had a problem, the Forum & Face book, is the only place I have heard about the "Death Wobble"! Have not seen it (other than aforementioned video), or talked to anyone who has, or had it. IMHO, with so many vehicles to chose from, that you can tow 4 down, why go out and buy something that is questionable? I have been hearing this "Death Wobble" for 5 years now.
  20. I have a Whirlpool, it runs on PSW...Samsung will run on both, PSW & MSW. Most older coaches came with a MSW inverter!
  21. My last glass was $2,980, biggest bill I've seen, in 51 years of Class A's! That was in Feb, this year...Thought I would have another in Kansas, 2 weeks ago...suicide by a Pheasant, did not happen, but Linda heard it in back of coach!!! As Herman said...
  22. Hi Mike. Let us know what you had done. Please! Good luck
  23. Then leave the cover open. Or put on a bigger cover. The cover of a on/off switch should not interfere with the operation !
