  1. Has your insurance company been notified? They will be in your corner....the Tow Co. Insurance is not your friend and will not fight for you! If possible get a Tiffin Factory Rep to look at it. Photo, photo and video of all damage!
  2. Ross. I obviously did not say it, the way I meant it...we are on the same page, I agree 100% !
  3. It's been a frustrating 12 months for all of us. So, please take a deep breath and let's get on with the OP! Ross. The original thought was to let in towables as a sister/brother club, with no voting rights. After the "soft" (dismal failure) vote in October of 2016, the EB changed that to what it is today! Under the original presentation, I was for it. But not this!
  4. Bill, it could also be S. Carolina, Gulf Shores, Alabama, LA or Texas.
  5. Non-Com, who becomes a Warrant Officer
  6. Again, what size XRV's...you'll find that info on side of tire. It will be 3 numbers, space, 2 numbers and R, space, 3 more numbers...since we don't know the make and model of your coach, nor the size of your tires, we can't be of much more help!
  7. Dino & Cathy, Welcome to FMCA and the Forum! Nice looking rig! You blend in well..
  8. So sad, and traumatic to see and experience first hand... not as in the movies!
  9. Thanks Tom! Studebrucer. Welcome again! I think the IRS is 5 months or more a year for a second home/vacation home...don't know about 2 years and a day, just what my CPA tells me! Happy trails!
  10. I pray and hope that none of our members, children or grandchildren, including extended family are safe and unhurt. Since we have members in Nevada and the surrounding states my thoughts are with you and your loved one's! God Bless
  11. Welcome to the Forum! What kind of coach and tires you got? I had a 2011 Allegro Bus and 295 - 80R - 22.5, in 2013 I had to replace a front tire and I went to Cummins on Loop 610, they got me a new Michelin with the FMCA fleet discount...nice folks, I would call them and ask who they use. Not far from their shop, took about 30 min! The reason I went there is my front end sounded as I was loosing a front wheel. I had Tyron installed and it turned out it had come apart and was eating the tire from the inside out. Unfortunately I got my last set of 8 in Oregon and will do the same in 2020. Fleet Discount and no sales tax!
  12. Clay. Welcome to the Forum! What make, model and year coach do you have? If you list under your name, we can help you easier in the event something else goes wrong...it will !
  13. Ross. In Indy we spent a great deal of time in discussion of what is a RV and the definition of what FMCA would accept as a RV. Both before the actual meeting and during the meeting. Yes, we did come up with an acceptable definition, but by our own laws, it needs to be presented prior to a National Board Meeting, in order to be formally voted on. Therefor it was tabled, until next Summer Convention in Gillette, Wyoming! Then it needs to be formalized by our Legal Department and sent to the State of Ohio as a Charter change...The State may or may not accept the new Charter! We have no control over that. If they do, then we will be a motorhome and towable Association! If the State of Ohio does not accept the change? We may or may not loss our current Charter! I'm not trying to be argumentative, only laying out the format as it is written and can be found under Governance. For any FMCA member, who wish to get a hard copy of the Charter, Constitution and the By-Laws, just write to FMCA (letter) and make the request. That also goes for the P & L statement. Carl
  14. It would not surprise me if our EB leaders knew nothing about the correct way to do a mail in vote! Some of our GB members take our job seriously, so we try to stay on top of P & P and now the Constitution and By-Laws! Our Association has never been challenged in the way it is now and Dons an I, can't figure out the "Why"! I don't see how we as FMCA, can benefit from this change, in our Constitution! Then does that mean that there are a group of Individual's that will benefit with money? I don't see that either! Guess we just wait until January and then wait until July (if it passes) to find out what a towable or definition of a RV is! If the change goes thru then it will take 3 years before it will be implemented !
  15. Learned a long time ago, when your bored, you can spend some serious money....glad it worked out for you!
  16. Here we currently have Dove, Deer don't start until November. Everything is not bigger in Texas, we have no Moose or Elk....unless they are on a Exotic Game Ranch!
  17. Where they regular allen's or the larger kind?
  18. Jeff. Welcome! Remove filter and toss. Your good to go into hibernation! You must live near the Artic Circle...a tad early for storage? We generally get our Snow Birds after Halloween!
  19. That's a truism..but we have better weather, like little if no snow! Besides, the Amish don't have a Ernie! If they did Ernie would not afford a Prevost ! All kidding aside....good luck with project.
  20. SS? Yes! You can also use some of the 3M marine products...waterproof, strong and flex!
  21. Surprisingly, I used a high viscosity gun oil that Linda had (her past husband was a gun smith and a mechanical engineer), I have no more squeal and it runs smooth ! Now to clean 3 condensers....With the aid of a 6 pack of beer, I solicited young help! Thanks all for your input and help! If I have any more problem with #2 AC unit, I will install the fan and motor that Linda got from amazon ! Will be here Wednesday...
  22. OK, got some of that as well, I use it on my paper shredder!
  23. So right you are...she put it on 3 = high out..
  24. Recap. Ed joined Forum July 28, 2015 and made his first comment on a Post from 2012 dealing in Octane 85 fuel in high/low altitude. He's on IRV2, with Same OP as here! He/She/Son/Grandkid, could at least say "Thank you" as Brett did...then it's acceptable and everyone is happy!
