  1. Ride also has a lot to do with proper air pressure in tires, weight balance in coach, not being over weight...have you had your coach weighed with all the things you take on a trip?
  2. I agree with the engine none engine, but all the coaches I have had, that has a slide, it has run of the engine batteries...Thor might be different.
  3. 2005, probably has a split glass! As was stated by Herman and Black, RV Solution is the best. By the way, drive the coach home!
  4. Try Horizon or Blue Cross/Blue Shield/
  5. Have you tried using the house batteries to start engine, then after about 10 minutes, try moving slide? My system uses the engine batteries, not the house! Therefore the generator is useless for slide.
  6. WBill, you did good. I suspect he has the F-53 chassis.
  7. Herman. It's a journal, not a fournal. ellisjte. Glad to hear things are working out for you and your family! Where are you now? Good looking coach!
  8. Good Luck and Safe travels! Any problems along the way, who don't have that? We will be here!
  9. e-mail? You mean there is no replies as to weather or not they got the problem fixed or not? How is that going to help future inquiries? I foresee, the death of the Forum!
  10. x2 and do it before permanent damage occurs...like delamination from capillary action that you can't see.
  11. Rich, must be a slow day for you! We have had nothing for over a year.
  12. Tom, look under sun shades or Kays post on rest easy sofas,
  13. The biggest culprit to heating coach, when you don't want heat, is your windows. Especially the big front one!
  14. Jim, your right, also check the rollers as one may be hung up or cracked. I had a screw, blocking a slide roller. Cost or size of coach does not prevent, stupid.
  15. talldog. Welcome to the Forum! REV Group is now the Manufacturer of the Monaco line up. Call the tech department, with your VIN number handy! If that don't work, then call around RV junk yards or locate an industrial Plasma Shop, they can and will do a copy....I had a bay door replaced that way last January.
  16. Can you unscrew the top of the steps? Sometimes the relay for several different items are mounted above the automatic step.
  17. Excellent point... Besides, Brett will cut us off eventually, he's good at that. Feel free to throw in your 2 cents worth! Speaking off which, do you know how many times we have addressed the lock issue in the past 5 years?

All sites are pull thru and about 80 x 10 feet, all dirt, little grass...2 coaches with 4 slides could not fit. Drive thru is the only way to get beer, next to that is a limited convenience store. Read really good. We are at Ruidoso Coach Ranch....sweet. I'm going to have my wrist x-rayed tomorrow...maybe broken or really badly sprained... another story!
  19. Well, you could rent a car, or buy one of the models Herman suggested and one of you drive it while the other drives the coach...a lot of folks do that.
  20. I have the Power Gear by Lipper...very sensitive to level. If you open the bays under slide out, you should have 2 - 1/2" square rods and one motor in the middle. T rods are attached to the motor by 1 1/4" long bolts...if you put too much stress on bringing slide in or out, the bolt will shear of....happened on mine last October! There is no manual over ride.
  21. I also have had basement air in a 2007 Winnebago Tour 40 KD. Newer again! If you don't live in the NE or Maritime Provinces...please forget it !
  22. Welcome. What does the owners manual say and what slide system do you have...power gear, HWH, etc.?
