  1. Tacoma or Seattle are not known for great RV Parks. I have found in the past that a 3.4 to 3.8 is as good as it gets!
  2. Bill, when it comes right down to it...do you see any Latinos, Orientals or Blacks on the FMCA EB or Committees? How about your Chapter? South Central Area? That's where the crux of the problem is! As Barkley said, "a touchy subject"!
  3. Right or wrong. Nothing can be done about it now! Don't forget the FMCA members who knew about this, over 2 months ago via Charlie and as Herman wrote...call FMCA.
  4. Sillicone is more cost affective...graphite is expensive, I use that on locks.
  5. Herman. I blew it too...but there are no "DUMB" questions. Answers? It happens. Brett. I thought the 92 used a Isuzu chassis...or am I confused?
  6. Look under electrical. The step issue is long and ongoing. I lube mine every month and have had no issues since 2013. Yeah, mine did the same as yours!
  7. Chris sent an email direct to rvmobil, June 13,15 and 16, 2017...Ross, all you got to do is click on Link. Tom, yeah. I know the feeling and also, why do this a month before the very important voting in Indy?
  8. I had to change out the plug on my 50A cord last month...male side, both blades was loose and I had a on/off problem coming into coach. Clunk, clunk sound when on shore power, is not a good thing. Got a new yellow head with a handle. Problem solved !
  9. That's nice. Unfortunately, they both live on the North East Coast and Joe only has weekends! Triple R is primarily Texas, OK and AK. You missed Barkley's point...Joe has reached across and had a great weekend with Keon and his family...that's what we need to do more off in our respective areas.
  10. Bill, a delay is normal. Blowing 50A park CB's is not.

    FMCA Plates

I have one beat up original hanging in garage. 4 digits from 1967. My new # 342xxx is in hard plastic! Nothing stays the same and sometimes that is a shame!
  12. Ruidoso Motor Coach Ranch in Ruidoso, NM is that way, Class A DP's and large Diesel Class C's...was there for 4 weeks last year and a week last month. Have not met a "Snob" yet. $85 + tax = $93 a night and worth every cent. We will be back for 2 weeks over labor day. From what Joe and Keon tell me, the cost is about average in PA, MD and most of New England.
  13. Rich, your correct. Has to do with space available in the rooms or tents! Ray. Bill has a problem... Herman, has the same!
  14. Jim. July 12, promises to become a very long day! I can't say, I'm looking forward to the meeting or the Vote.
  15. Well, you can't say, it's been a boring 16 month's! First, let's invite towable...now this. Wonder what's next?
  16. Superior Tire, they do fleet prices for FMCA and have several shop's between WA and CA. I got my coach aligned and 8 tires in Eugene, OR. 2014
  17. Like a dead cell. Put a volt meter to each battery, if they are acid type, check each and add distilled water if needed also check for swelling.
  18. Well, the geeks finely got away from RVillage, long enough to grace us with their opinion! I too, wonder where the leak came from?! Like the FMCA Committee lady who told everyone in Quartzite this year at the RV Show, "It's a done deal, the fix is in"! Or like Charlie A. who was signing up folks for the Verizon at the Six State Planning Rally, 2 month's ago! The plan and final cost had not been agreed upon yet, between Legal Dept. and Verizon! I'm not PC, not running for any office and those that I have? Feel free to take them back if you don't like my opinion and comments.
  19. X3 ! Also check with PPL and American Fencing! AF deals with horse trailers and cargo trailers also. Send a PM to RSBILLEDWARDS, he has a trailer electric brake system that he found, to tow a very heavy 24 foot enclosed trailer...ask Herman! Ref Chandler!
  20. Herman. Not really your bad...just a ref to 2 different items ! Salesman switch or Battery cut of switch, most DP's have both. My Salesman switch is by the door, then I have a cut off switch for house batteries and Inverters in battery bay. A cut off switch for engine batteries in engine compartment.
  21. I have a funnel at home that I got from Marine Supply, it has a 2 foot long, flexible hose attached, with a on/off valve!
