  1. Herman, re read your bible quote.... My house fuses are in outside compartment by driver. Coach fuses are in a outside compartment on passenger side in front off drive axel. Circuit Breakers are in a box in bathroom and all connectors and in line fuses for window shades and lights are under bed, under a heavy cover. do the designers go to a special "How to be Waco" school? greenbarn1. Don't know where you live, but take outside cover off and check for critters and flying things that make nests! In Texas we have mud dabbers and they can sure mess things up! Carl
  2. Bill. 61 degrees? Your not in Texas anymore ! I think that's cooler than Alaska...I'm looking at 91 in Ruidoso, NM at 7,000'.
  3. And if it's a Fleetwood product..your FIN #
  4. If it entails, tearing the celling apart...trade in comes to mind ! When it comes to vents, I liked the snap inns that I had on the Allegro Bus! Mine are screw in now...still paint on them, never been off...I don't even like that part, like how do you clean the filters? Ugh. Carl

    AC Ducts

Joe. Loose or stripped screws might be your problem... I'll drop some off...Ops. where not suppose to have any. I forgot ! Wonder why there are cook books? Carl
  6. Like the rest off you, I was in MA. annually, DW was from Boston area. We parked RV in a CG out on the Cape and took toad to Quincy and taxi. Other times, the ferry and taxi. As has been said, stay on Freeways or major roads and all is good. Never been in W. Springfield. Have goggled it and now feel it will be good as long as I follow FMCA instructions. As always patience is paramount in NE ! Carl
  7. Rich. Aluminum, I think. It's dull blackish on one side and shimmering silver on other...how would insulation get into Duct? Carl
  8. Tom. I guess I'm still paying for IKE in Sept. of 08. Even though my coach, at that time a W Tour 40' was in a barn in Gladewater, TX. I just don't want to move out off Texas! So, like you and a few other Texans on this Forum pay a higher premium...to keep mine as low as possible I have an umbrella coverage, Carl

    AC Ducts

Herman. I knew this was going to happen... However, my fridge has never been a problem ! What I cook, I eat...no left overs! Carl

    AC Ducts

First posting did not post, so here it is again! Hi guys. I have bits of aluminum in all my air vents. They are half inch up to 5" x 3" and every thing between. Any idea of what might be causing this? Also, what I can do to fix it, short off tearing down the celling? ACs are working fine and cooling coach as they should. Carl
  11. Hi guys. I'm guessing it's the AC Ducts that are leaving bits of aluminum in all my vents. Some half inch and some up to 5" x 3". Any ideas is very welcome...I see a distinct possibility that this fix will be high dollar ! Carl
  12. Thanks. Just what I did not want to know! Ignorant bliss was somewhat already destroyed by the construction information in my FMCA packet...now this ! Carl
  13. I don't see any problems! As you said, there are no restrictions. Where are you at?
  14. Sorry, my mistake. I thought you where in Arkansas... Carl
  15. Bill, your the one. I posted my problem on this Forum in early 14'. Had to do with, is it possible to convert a DISH antenna to a DIRECTV. You said no ! You where right, due to the transponders and different satellites. You left shortly thereafter, Carl
  16. How big is the spot? Is it leaking more now than yesterday? Can you see where the leak in hose is? Where from you, is the nearest Cummins, they are the only authorized Dealers in US for HWH system ! Call them and get an appointment...if your leaking a lot, then Cummins have 24 hour road service. How far are you from Red Bay, AL.(home of Tiffin) they will take you on a 3hours or less fix. Carl
  17. Susan. Welcome to the Forum. I use a HP ENVY 4502 and it is small. Wii-Fi, prints, photo, copy and scan. Got it at Wall Mart. I keep mine in a over head cabinet and open the 2 doors when camped. Carl
  18. HD vs SD. In my coach I get whatever cable sends...I'm not picky because it's a RV TV. At the house, I have a 60" B & O TV and I'm picky! Bill, I still have the DISH on my roof and still not using it ! Can't get myself to throw away $2,400 and then spend the same for a DIRECTV replacement...ugh. Carl
  19. Bill. Getting older is a great equalizer. Mellow is no stress and that is a good thing ! There are quite a few old Dinosaurs on the Forum, so we must be doing something right ! Your 2 cents worth are welcomed with me anytime... Carl
  20. Herman. you need more coffee. All we are missing is the year. Allegro RED, is a DP on Freightliner, with 360 Cummins, HWH. I'm guessing the leak is on Driver side. That's where mine was at. Tiffin is still using the low pressure cheap lines! rpbuttery. Has your slide operation become slower? Is one off them sticking, like in the bedroom? Check your hydraulic fluid level, it should be located on driver side, front bay. Carl
  21. Herman. He gave the info on coach...we need car.
  22. Wayne. I'm not offended, I thought you knew, but DW is dead...25+years now. Carl
  23. Joe, run it thru your plumbing with your water pump and fill your fresh water, then run again. You don't need to let it "slosh" around. Are you so far out in the woods that there is no market or pharmacy nearby ?
