  1. Yea, they have done that before...if a storm don't get it then the fall, winter current will. But, it makes Tillman happy during Summer! He owns a third of the beach hotels and restaurants... Carl
  2. RJ. Have your friend call Spartan and get a wire diagram. Or call Cummins. Carl
  3. ObedB. 1900 Storm. Estimated killed, 6,000-8,000. That Storm is the reason why Galveston Island has a Sea Wall, built by the Corp of Engineers who still have a presence on the Island. As a side note. The "Roberts Rule of Order, was written by Col.. Roberts who had to wait 3 years before he could build the wall...he was board! Rodger...go to France. I was in Brussels day after the killing field at the airport...one thing about ISIS, they don't hit the same place twice! Continue with your life or stick your head in the sand. I came back to the States the 8th of June and I'm flying back for Christmas via London or Amsterdam, ISIS have not hit them yet! Carl
  4. My friend got 2 that are battery operated/solar charged, and mounted by the door of a 42' fifth wheel, cost $29 at Sam's, but Sam's don't carry them anymore. Total length is 8" and max with is 5" for LED portion. he's got it mounted on Velcro! Blake, walk in coolers are unusual in the States, but quite common in Scandinavia and central Europe....they come in various sizes. The one I have here is small, 4'x6'....I have one in Sweden and it's 3x5 meters or about 48 sq. ft. You can age a whole ham! I love Spanish ham and melon....yum. Carl
  5. I'm looking for a LED light for my front door and between slides, either motion or Dusk to Dawn, LED. Would prefer one that is not hard wired, but will stay on coach when I'm parked. Thanks, Carl
  6. No. But it blows my mind that PL has 2 locations and does mail order now, sad! A girl friend, took me there in 92'. Steak was good, as it should be for all the hype! A friend was camped at Roswell Elks 2 nights ago and asked me to come down for a round of golf and steak dinner...now that was a steak to remember ! Inch and a half strip, stuffed with Stilton cheese and medium rear. I was a happy camper driving back to Ruidoso! I love a good chili dog. Not one pound. In a ball park, $26 is cheap ! Luther's is a small steak house in Harlem...food channels not going there any time soon! Open Thursday-Sat. 1pm-6pm. Like a couple of places in Galveston...no night's! Galveston Island had 63 gangs prior to IKE, now we have 17. Per capita we had more than LA. Carl
  7. I'm surprised that it does not have a double sink in bath and it's not an all electric coach. Interior is too dark for my taste. Wish there was pictures of the open bays. It's a beautiful coach ! Winnebago and quality does not go hand in hand these days. If I remember correctly there was an article written where Allied was either going to buy CC or CC was going into production this year...it was writhen in 14'. Oh well ! There is so much uncertainty in the higher end coaches these days, that I will probably not get a new one...ownership keeps changing! Carl
  8. Joe. Re-read the last line of your post. No plumbing? How do you get the fuel to the engine? Osmosis? .
  9. Bill. I don't buy my steak pre cut. I have a walk in cooler at home, low humidity, min 34 days or up to 47. Just like Luther's in NYC. I got to find another dog ! Carl
  10. Carl A. I did know that they had the parts, dyes and drawings....did not know they built one....I also wonder what W has got planed. If I was miserable or unhappy about a DP...I would stay home! Any sane man or woman would... Carl

    TPMS Calibration

You got my vote. For me it would have to be Fri. Have never understood why Governance has to be on opening day! A lot of one time seminars I would like to attend, but can't. Carl
  12. rvchic and Roadking ! Welcome to our Forum and family. Bill...OMG. Carl
  13. That is ridiculous. Dump what you got and refill, comes in at half the price...something stinks!
  14. Bill. Next time try Salt Grass 7 or Slap your Mama on your steak. I used the 7 this morning for my breakfast Filet Mignon (Prime), with fried heirloom tomato's and eggs. Carl
  15. CC went belly up when Monaco did. CC never came back, so they are no longer building anything. Their top end coach was a Prevost Conversion 45'. I also don't understand 2-5 when your looking for 8-10 year olds! As Brett insinuated, you have to compare apples to apples. Carl
  16. Blake, thanks. That explains why I'm getting good picture on my shop TV now that I replaced 12 double 8' Florescent with 4 double 4' LEDs. TV on Rabbit Ears. One thing that must be noted for all LED use, DO NOT LOOK AT LIGHT...it can blind you! At best, you'll be looking at spots all day! Carl
  17. Once upon a time, I had a coach with oxidation. 3 of my friends and I, used a fine grit rubbing compound and it took 2 days off cleaning just to get rid off all the oxidation. It was all hand and arm power, we had no buffer, then we washed and hand waxed...good result, but not like original...I can still feel the pain when I think about it! flew out for a job in Middle East the day after. Gone for a month, guess what my DW did while I was gone? New coach...it's illegal to kill them! I was happy she did it, but we could have saved a lot of pain and suffering....the old coach was worthless! Carl
  18. Tiffin makes 36' DP's, Winnebago had 36' DP and the storage bay comes out with slide, Fleetwood has several models of 36' DP's. Also, Foretravel and Blue Bird, Monaco and HR. Surprised you did not know that, Joe. Nice write up! Life in the slow lane, don't start at 38',,,,LOL Herman. Right on! Enough. Carl
  19. Like Blake, would like to know, why ballast has anything to do with AC Thermostat? I can tell you all about Petroleum Exploration...dumb as dirt on electric! Carl
  20. Also, a secure TV when traveling! You might want to pad it with some foam, in case it moves...won't hurt TV and it will dampen the bang of a sudden STOP! Carl
  21. Agree. Low drain point would be great! I can and do get rid off water in fuel, but it's not from low point. Carl
  22. Wayne, If the LR TV connection was behind the shower...where is the bed room connection? Behind the closet ? or the engine fire wall? Carl
  23. If you wish for them to remove and clean your bug problem out, starting at 90 quid, do they drive or fly across the pond? Carl
  24. Joe. It's great that it all worked out for you. I must have missed something, why are you still running the same tank of fuel? Siphon out the old and fill with new fuel? Have a pleasant trip. Carl
  25. Also block your front and rear wheels ! Carl
