Welcome

It is my understanding the parts are made off shore, shipped in bulk and then assembled in this country. When I talked to them thats what I was told. Anybody can call them to verify the information. With Roadmaster everything is machined in house. I had a very comprehensive tour of the factory and saw for myself.

Is it when on the inverter? Its possible there is something wrong with the inverter.
-
I did mine with bamboo and cork backing. Be sure the core is wood not ground up newspaper.

I tow a 1500 Silverado v6 5 speed and proportional air brakes.

A friend of mine had the same thing happen a couple of months ago. His Subaru took off across a field. I don't know about Blueox.

I think some states may require a plate. Az does not. What if you pull it without the car, such as to go pick up another car you will need a plate.

The problem with surge type brakes is with a heavy vehicle in steep mountain roads the brakes are on too much and burn up the pads, rotors.

If you plan to spend weeks or months at a time in the same place it might work ok but if you want to move more frequently its a pain to get it ready to travel. You have to go from the trailer to the truck in all kinds of weather. I have traveled with trailer people and it takes an average of 2 plus hours before they can move. I can be on the road in 15 minutes in my diesel pusher.

I presumed that they checked the voltage while under load.

I would replace all the wires and make sure to use fine stranded wire which will is much more flexible and resist breaking. Cover the harness with "snake skin".

On my Farberware when it is set to keep warm the temp is 138-140.

Back in the 70's, when Dodge 440-3 was the most popular engine I designed a twin turbo, electronic fuel injection for my 30 ft Sportscoach. I could go up any hill with the cars but my millage was terrible.

Does the bed have to be adjustable or can it be in a fixed position? -
I have an Atwood that is 23 years old with 185,000 miles and still works. I added a hot rod about 15 years ago.

Been using portable induction cook tops in the motorhome for a number of years. Use it when plugged in or on the generator. When compared to a regular electric cook top, it uses 1/2 the current and boils water in half the time. At home we have a 4 burner induction range made by Samsung. Our first one for the motorhome was a Burton. Got it about 8 years ago and finally gave it to our youngest son. Now we are using a Farberware from Walmart for $50.

Your welcome, I've been doing it that way for several years when I had a problem.
-
Its made by Roadmaster, saw it Sunday at Quartzite in the big tent.

My problem was in the plumbing so I filled the water hose with the hp and run it through the coach not the tank, and let it sit. If you have a problem with the water tank just dump it and put a pt or so and about 10 gallons of fresh water and drive around then fill the tank.
-
Use hydrogen peroxide instead of bleach. Does a better job and you don't have to do any flushing. Pour a pint into the water fill hose and run it until the treated water goes to the furthest faucet. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then just use as normal.

The last time I checked Kwikee and Lippert were 2 different companies. Being in the marine business in Seattle, broken ss bolts in aluminum was an everyday occurrence. I would drill as close to center to the correct size to tap out to the finish size. If I screwed up the threads I would drill oversize and insert a Heli-coil. If you need a replacement motor for Kwikee a Ford 90 LTD drivers window is the replacement for about $40 at the local auto parts store.

Thanks for the info.

Check to see if both tanks have a 3 inch outlet. If they do then just re plumb the ABS pipe.
-
I would go with a inverter/charger. The charger is a 3 stage which is smart.
-
The smart charger should float charge the batteries and not allow the water to boil out. I would still check the levels every so often. When I had wet cells I had the watering system which had the level gauge on each cap so it was easy to check the levels.
