  1. I found 28 inch blades at Walmart for $3.88 each. They seem to work fine, just went 1900 miles last week.
  2. I use both Tire Minder and the oem tpms on my Prius when I tow it on the dolly. I have 2 transmitters on the tow dolly and 2 on the rear of the car. Works just fine.
  3. I'm planning on going and am looking forward to the forum meet and greet.
  4. One possibility is to replace the round dish mount with a batwing off air antenna, should fit in the same holes.
  5. I just installed a new micro/ convection in my new to me coach. I had a Sharp over the range which was the standard 30 in width. I wound up getting a Samsung micro/convection. I cut a hole in the outside wall and put a vent cover on it. The oven can be set up to recirculate the vent air inside but I re-oriented the blower motor to exhaust out the back.
  6. I just bought diesel at Sams Club in Oklahoma City for $1.91/gal. The pump posted 5% bio. My biggest problem is that the pump shuts off at $100. It took 107 gallons to fill so had to restart the pump 3 times.
  7. The last time I replaced a motor I went to Auto Zone and looked at the pictures of door window motors. It turned out to be a Ford LTD drivers side 1989. It cost $43 last summer.
  8. Back in the 70's I had a Toyota station wagon that I towed flat. I had built the tow bar and to test it I towed it behind my pickup truck. I was surprised that I could back it up and the front tires tracked ok in reverse. I was in a parking lot and was doing s turns going backwards. My Silverado that I now tow will only back up straight.
  9. Call Fleetwood with your model and they will explain or send you a wiring diagram.
  10. The multi camera systems that I have used on my motorhome have 4 camera monitor. You can switch to any one of the cameras or see 2 or all 4. I have never installed the front camera but the systems I have been installing are made for commercial applications like garbage trucks.
  11. Make sure the model you pick has warranty when installed in a motorhome. I installed one in mine and when I bought it the salesmen told be it would be OK. I even called the factory to see if I could disable the auto defrost when running on the inverter. They said no. At 7 months use the compressor locked up. Called the factory and they told me no warranty because it was installed in a motorhome. Good thing they record all calls to the factory because I had them look it up and if there was no warranty because it was in a motorhome they should have told me then and I would have taken it back to Lowes. They did cover it and credited Lowes so I got my money back.
  12. What transmission? I tow a 1500 Silverado with a 5 speed and v6. I don't think that configuration is still available. If you have a 4 wheel drive it should work.
  13. I'm sure the dryer is way past due for service. When I drained the tanks they were dry. I have the service kit for the dryer.
  14. I just started working on a new to me 98 Discovery. Air would leak down in less than an hour. I was airing the system up with my shop compressor and when I disconnected the airline air came out. The check valve at the drier was stuck open. I replaced it then the purge valve in the dryer had a small leak. The air in the tanks leaked back to the drier so I changed the valves at each tank. Now it holds pressure.
  15. With the pump on check the voltage at the pump. Should be battery voltage.
  16. It probably uses the house batteries.
  17. Get with a company like Roadmaster. They manufacture everything you need and can explain different options.
  18. In Las Vegas the health dept requires a donut. At Thousand Trails on Boulder highway the opening is a tapered cement hole.
  19. Make sure it is a continuous duty solenoid.
  20. Have the LP pressure checked. It should be 11 inches water column (about 1/4 lb.)
  21. Any competent transmission shop should be able to do the repair.
  22. I took your lead and ordered one last night. Found one on eBay, new in the box, for $210 and free shipping. I have been using portable induction cook tops for about 10 years, first saw them in Asia and had to have one. At home we have had an Samsung induction range for several years.
  23. It is Induction cooktop not convection. They run on 1/2 the current and heat twice as fast ( I tested the induction against the standard electric ) and are easy to clean. I am using a single counter top induction unit.
  24. Where do you get that db measurement?
