I am running Continental HSR's I replaced with HSR2 at 8 years and they still looked new with no cracks Please note we are cooler in Canada max life up to 10 years not 4 or 5 like down south

Some times the slow roll put things back so they work again You need to find an older RV tech as it needs to be done correctly If it has a leak replace as above

Test your TP put in a jar with a little water and give a shake if it falls apart easily it is ok I tested Kirkland and it passed so that is what we use

Good to see someone is paying attention and fixing items right away They seem to have learned ignoring a problem only makes it worse -
Age alone is part of it You should always ask for the old parts so you can see why they are changed then let them dispose You would likely see rust pock marks in the rotors and metallic brake pads rust and break down With that low of mileage add some good additive's and change the oil early as age is a killer
