Welcome to the forum. Bill

Well if you read what I posted you would see I was talking about the diameter not wheel spacing. There is 0.1" difference in diameter. Bill

4thetwins, Welcome to the forum. Last time I was there I stayed at Heartland RV Park and Cabins. I think it is a pretty good location. Take your toad for a drive down 16A. Don't take your coach. heartlandcampground.com (605) 255-5460 Bill

Why do you stay someplace so cold Kay? It is 63 in Fort Worth, it may warm up this weekend. Bill

Where the cab mates to the body of the coach, they claim to have a new type of seal that's supposed to let it float. I saw a video on it but couldn't find it again. I think I will stick to a conventional diesel pusher for now. Bill

I bet the ride is why many feature the air ride seats like the big trucks use to smooth out the ride. The only one I might look at "but it is out of my price range" is the new Newmar that has a whole air ride cab. Bill

If I only had 1/2 inch of clearance I would be shaving off some of the mounting plates or adjusting the steering stops. Bill

I like it. You forgot it can double as a dust mop handle. I put straps on my pads so it is easier to snag them and move them around but I like that handle. Bill

I agree. I would bet you could go measure a stack of 275/80R22.5 tires and find more variation in diameter. Also on the width keep in mind on the width the one inch is actually only one half inch on each side. I would bet you can change the width at the middle of the sidewall more that by changing air preshure. It is proven that tread design and composition is a much much bigger factor in traction than a inch of width. Keep in mind wider tires can hydroplane faster. Bill

I am running Continental 275/80R22.5 and they are as good or better than Michelin and were over $100.00 cheaper than Michelin through the tire program. Bill

Breezy2, welcome to the forum and thanks for the advise. Bill -
We have done some talking books if there was no reception or no good stations. Bill

Part is you don't drive a big rig like your car. You have to learn to drive it based on conditions. Bill

Ray, when I first read that I missed the "garage". I thought it was a lot of heat for an RV. Just be safe and be shure you have enough ventilation. Bill

Yes I have a ACME dolly. What does it say in your owner's manual? Bill -
Towing a 2018 Prius with Tow Dolly?

Welcome to the forum. What dolly are you going to use? Different dollies require different setups. Some require the steering to be locked and some don't. Bill -

wildebill308 replied to DivineIntervention's topic in Systems and Appliances
Welcome to the forum. Most water heaters have acess to get to the bypass valves for winterizing. Look and see if you can get to the valve from this acess. Bill -
And We won't charge for the service of blaming you. Bill

I am going to blame it all on you. I was looking around to see what might fit your earlier criteria. https://www.nirvc.com/Sales/Inventory/3150B Bill

I will need the serial number to accurately verify what the Cummins website says. They show the 450 and 500 ISM at the same torque. Bill
-
The only problem with buying used is you may need to look a long time to find that optional configuration. I think I am going to see how a Cummins ISM 450 with 1500 lbs./ft of torque workes out just for the fun of it. Bill

Why not convert that cover to a door? Would give you a place for storage and keep the cats out. Bill
