  1. No tags on it. I think Oklahoma, I will look it up when I get time. By the way You always hear about "Getting the maintenance records" I will do a separate post latter but it appears I have everything from new. All organised in folders by year.
  2. I don't need anything that special. I dropped by NIRVC to pick up a charge cord for my watch (who would have thought you would need to charge a watch) that I had left there. I also wanted to see how they were coming on a couple of repair items. They changed all the gas struts on the doors that open "up". and I now have new 6V house batteries, at no charge. Ok so I will use any excuse to go play with my new toy. Everything (waiting on a latch for the washer) should be done Friday. Then the hard work begins, moving stuff in. Bill
  3. Are you saying the GFI is humming? If it is try testing/ resetting it. Pull it out and look at all the connections and the wires to see if you have something loose or shorting. I would probably just change it. Bill

    Tire age

I would make shure you get the right load range Hankook tires. By the way welcome to the forum. Have you asked the tire shop if they will match the Walmart price? I am actually surprised that Walmart is selling any 19" or 22.5" tires. When I asked Sam's and Walmart about tires for my coach they said the didn't have the equipment to change them even if I took them off and brought them in. Bill
  5. I am going to try to find out who from Lone Star Chapter or Red River Rover is going. Does AIM have a website? ok found it. Bill
  6. Thanks. I bought from National Indoor RV Centers in Dallas well actually in Lewisville. I am extremely impressed with the service and customer care there. Example, my wife couldn't get the washer door open during our walkthrough. The report showed it was written up and repaired during the receiving inspection. One of the tecks came out and opened the door. They are ordering a new latch. Should be in Monday. Bill
  7. Yes, Still need to move all the "stuff" over from the old one and do a shakedown trip before heading to AZ. Bill
  8. It has been quiet on this thread for a while. It has been a busy last couple of days for me. I even had to change my signature. Bill
  9. I would also change the bushings on the sway bar as the polypropylene are stiffer. Bill
  10. Another video on fixing a door hinge. Makes me glad I changed to a residential.
  11. I agree so here is a post with not so great temperatures. When I was outside earlier you could see your breath and they are forecasting sleet pellets this evening. Bill
  12. Sometimes you have to make changes to get a better outcome. I can't fit either of my coaches in my driveway at the house. I think the OP should drive one with comfort steer to know how it drives. Bill
  13. I would highly suggest you and wife drive a Newmar with the comfort drive. I bet it will drive better than your current coach or any super C. Well unless the new Newmar Super Cs have it. Bill
  14. Did you read my post about Continental? I still recommend them. They do have 275/80R 22.5 What specks are you talking about? Bill
  15. Sounds good. I can't afford them fancey new coaches like you and Carl. Bill
  16. Congratulations!!! What year? What happened to the "DW put a lock on my wallet until Quartzite." O right this is the Q Bill
  17. 4thetwins, One big thing you should be aware of. August 7 – August 16. is bike week in Sturgis. It is busy for at least 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after. Last year they had 450,000 people attend. I would find reservations NOW don't expect you can just show up any time and find a spot. I agree Custer State Park is amazing. Bill
  18. Herman, look here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClqcoU6Pg4U and https://rvsnappad.com/ Bill
  19. Carl, I can't afford those fancy new Newmar's. I will have to stick with that old wore out high mileage 08. WEDNESDAY! Bill
  20. Well if you read what I posted you would see I was talking about the diameter not wheel spacing. There is 0.1" difference in diameter. Bill
