  1. joaharrison. Welcome to the Forum! In a word, yes! When they allow it. Several occasions, I look and get, "usage data not available!"
  2. Off course you don't. But I don't plan on changing a tire any time soon! Just air it up a little! So, IMHO both of the video's is "Over Kill", for the question by OP!
  3. I tow my Jeep Wrangler with a Roadmaster and no base plate, have a steel front bumper and use my D ring connection on each side for the tow attachment. I have a large 4 inch D ring on each side, under the bumper to attach the safety cables to! M&G brake system, Jeep side air connection in grill. Since the Jeep runs on 35" x 12.5 x R18 tires, I used 2, 2" x 2" x 18" ID, HD square tubing to raise the Tow Bar for level towing! Unless he deleted it, Joe has pictures of my set up!
  4. In a 19.5 tire, you don't need anything above 125 psi...I have several 12v that will handle your tire, at less than $50 from Amazon to Home Depot or Wall Mart.
  5. Joe, can not picture you in a Sprint chassis! Besides, I thought DW wanted a "No slide Prevost?"
  6. Joe, IMHO & memory, it's on a 42' chassis & 8 bag!
  7. Brett, agree. Lot's more variety than Sargent. Just as a side note. John Denver had just built a home in Sargent & was planning to move there, when he died. He told & showed pictures of it at the pre opening, of the Rain Forest, in Moody Gardens, 1992. Last time I wore a Tux!
  8. Bruce, thanks. I have been looking for one, I don't like using my inboard air & then there is the weight of the 50 foot hose!

    12 V problems

Out of curiosity. What make & model WB do you have?
  10. Linda just bought an electric scooter that fits in my bay, I will try it, if it works for me, we will have 2. Our thoughts are FMCA Rally's and any RV park that we would stay in for a week or longer! Will still have the Jeep! If I had a 25 foot, Class C? I would still have the toad. In the 60's, 70's & 80's, we used to take our Class A into market parking lots and go shopping! Not as many cars or people back then. Also, the few coaches that was out there, was less than 30 feet...exceptions? Yes, but they where conversion jobs and 35 feet. My first toad was in 1985, a new Izuzu Trooper ll, 4x4, used a A frame hitch connected to a 2" ball on coach...brakes? None. Cross chains? Yes. 2 Honda Mopeds on a Hydraulic lift in front of coach!
  11. With a 1997, you should be good to go...Solid in those days! Happy trails!
  12. I-10 is boring! It also is 2 lanes for 80% of journey...I stay in Ft. Stockton, old KOA, right off I-10, 6 miles East of town...then KOA in Van Horn! I'm like Brett, love Hwy. 90!
  13. US 20 is mostly one lane with medium width shoulder, I took it in my 45 with Toad, from Bend to Utah in 2014, nice drive & would do it again! US 26 should be the same, not been on it. I would google it first on Sat view!
  14. $692, covers my coach for 2 months! See what difference 10 years and 5 extra feet makes!
  15. I have stayed in a Church parking lot, when there was nothing else. Make a call to the local Police Dept. Have not had any problems...your worst enemy at this time of year, is the weather! Not where to spend 10+ hours...You are self contained & I would only use a slide as necessary! IMHO, if it was me, this time of year, I would take the Interstate to 395, then go down to Interstate again! Your going to it in any event after McCall. Good Luck, stay safe!
  16. $400 in Texas to file small claim, less than $5,000. Your recipes from installer + filling fee, bring pictures of before and after. Let them explain to the Judge, "How great their Techs are!" All your doing is getting your $$$ back! There are several reputable repair facilities in your area, within 90 minutes!
  17. Herman. Dan Ball, has 2 replies on this post already...8/2/2018 and 10/23/2018.
  18. Eternabond, I have used on both boats and pre 2000 coaches...I think its better than caulk! It does fill in and easier to work with, also takes a lot of beating and vibration...far more so at 110 kn over water, than you'll ever get in a coach! Brett, the only "Forever Tape", that I know, was green & yellow and it was a Movie! Lost more than it cost & that was not much!
  19. Thank you Bruce. The Amish & Mennonite still do! However, I have not seen any 5'ers or pull behinds, behind a horse or oxen!
  20. The 24th, we leave on a 16 day re-location cruise out of FL. Wish it was yesterday! When it's cold, Wayne & Brett are 10 degrees warmer, but when it's warm, we are 10 over them!
  21. The word is "RV" now...not coach, unless we know!
  22. Kay, does Flex Seal & Duct tape work on any roof?
  23. Dan. I'm wondering, how hard it would be to notifying the FMCA community, at the time of discovery? I get bombarded daily by FMCA in ref to Minot, ND Rally!
  24. Jim, Duct Tape...I would like to gag now! 🤮
  25. Yes. Your used to what we consider cold. I would not be a happy camper, where your at...
