  1. Roland. Where on 90 are you? We don't have a shortage of trucks or truck stops, in Texas! As long as your not brand oriented, their out there...any Strip's, Beaver, Valero and most regular gas stations, will have 2 or more diesel pumps in back or on side of building! Look for parked gravel haulers or oil trucks! Carl C.

Leroy. You should get an answer today, if D&L dug themselves out of the frozen NE ! They should be in Perry, GA., send him another PM, he might not have gotten the first one, due to weather! Carl
  3. Joe S. and Keon. Good for you! Safety first and foremost.
  4. Linda & I played golf today, with a friend...69/sun/no wind/26% humidity! It felt good to shot a 45/47, since it was the first time to play in 11 months! We have 50% chance of rain, Sat & Sun, but it's suppose to be 72....I can handle that..
  5. OMG ! Do you have a Tarp on the coach?
  6. I had a 2001, Toyota Tundra 4x4, same sequence as the Silverado! I know, Toyota? Silverado? Same engine & transmission!
  7. Look in owners manual...follow all steps, there are no short cuts! Why 5 OP's?
  8. Kay. Also, the river has a gravely, sandy bottom! We have mud/silt...that's why they stink!
  9. Think yours is the second unit, I have read about, that's been fixed by the "Dutch Air"! All others have been replaced by a Residential fridge. A job well done! As Bill said..
  10. Wayne. 07 Roadmaster chassis, end off the line for the original in 06!
  11. Don't ever eat a Mullet in Texas. They stink and are only good for bait. I have had in FL. and there they are good.
  12. Check alignment, toe in and caster.
  13. Call Monaco Tech Department....It may take a couple of times...do it via operator, she'll get someone eventually. I ended up with the head of Tech, I called a VP.
  14. Yesterday was torrential rain and TS in LA. Looked at Radar in PM...Wayne must have been in the only dry spot, within 500 miles! Had friends that left Morgan City, LA. at 8am, headed for Mobil, AL. and then Hwy. 65 to Montgomery, they got hammered and only made it to Hollywood Casino RV Park, in Bay of St. Louis, Miss. 140+/- miles in 6 hours!!! Linda and I ended up in Frog City RV Park, Duson, LA. 77 miles in 4 hours...Like a cow pissing on a flat rock...we could not see! Today, going back into Texas and staying in Schulenburg RV Park...62 lots of sun and wind. Currently 52 Brrrr!!!
  15. If they are acid batteries, look at water level. When was the last time you took the coach out for a drive? Also, ran the generator for a couple hours on 50% to full load? 6 months is a long time for a DP to just sit, they don't like that.
  16. A dead cell in one battery will effect all the others! If not found and replaced, then when you go on generator or pedestal, you will start boiling the other batteries in attempting to keep a full or near full charge on the bad one!

LeRoy. I think most of us would like to make it to 80+! Then to also drive a coach still, would be a added blessing! So, ask any question you like, Just please tell Kay, how to spell "Snails", in French!
  18. Herman. Hope you and Butch stayed dry today!
  19. bm. Yes, that should work, as long as you and the cup, also stay at -42F ! As for drawing heat, you need to go back to the drawing table, the liquid will give off vapor and pressure in a contained environment as you put heat on. By the way, I would not want to be the one holding your cup!
  20. Mark. Since 2007, I have had to replace 5 front windshields! One was caused by a bullet of unknown caliber, on a split windshield. One windshield, fell out. 3 in the past 2 years, due to rocks! I carry $500 deductible. The last 3 in Texas...more people, more construction! From 1967 to 2007=zero! Therefore, higher profile windows, seem to be more susceptible to breakage! Keep wondering if Lexan is an answer?
  21. Kay, mine is mounted an inch off the floor, below the stove top...there was no other detectors in coach, now there are 4 in celling! Oops!!! I'm well aware of the hazards of CO....the "Silent Killer"! At least with Propane Gas (in a gas bottle), you can smell it!
  22. On yours, I think it's air. Mine is a pneumatic door and the same bolt is located 4" above my door handle.
