  1. DB. I thought you was a Margarita Coinsure, not a Vino! LOL I read it also, off road.
  2. dee. Good question. I had a 2010 AC Tradition 45Y, only because I could not justify the difference in cost for bling and electronics! 2014 Heritage was the year before Allied stopped building them and Tradition (Allied is the parent company for REV, before turning over the coach manufacturing to REV in 2015. AC Tradition, Eagle and Heritage was/is a solid built coach, heavy because of the house construction and Spartan chassis. The 2014 Heritage has a ISX600 engine, 1950 torque, 4000 Allison and 12.5 kw generator. Also Silverleaf computer system. Since you live in Centerville, if your considering a coach from MOT in Nacogdoches, I suggest you pay for a independent RV inspector....its worth it.
  3. We have a Weber 200 for coach, small green bottles of gas and has worked since 2010. At the house we have a 48" commercial Weber electric kettle, it will go to 1,200 degrees! We brought the other Webbers to the camp house, they are gas operated. Other than custom built Pits, I have always liked my Webbers!
  4. I'm happy to hear they are still giving great service! I started using them in 2006. Rates was cheaper back then! 😂
  5. A 100 lb. propane tank when full is 170 pounds. 30 years ago, I could do it, at 78? Forget about it.
  6. I disagree. Don't mention "small claims court." If that is the only recourse you have, then just do it and let the judge take care of it...it cost $400 to file and no atty needed.
  7. DB...I feel your pain, but agree with Bill. The AC is going in our Winter S&B and I have a glass of Camus Special Reserve in hand...🍷 Wayne, we had our DEF Sensor replaced a month or so ago $608 + Labor. Biggest problem, is locating one!
  8. As they say, "A picture is worth 10,000 words!"
  9. navhtc. You don't need to take a gas coach out for exercise, just a DP needs that.
  10. Something has changed, I can't edit mine either!
  11. Rayin, generators on a Prevost Conversion is in a side bay, along with Wabasco OTR heat/AC/water heater. I have seen some in front, but not on a slide as ours. 6 house batteries is also unusual...Gas stove/gas furnace is usually 4, 6V...All electric coach, like mine, is 8, 6V.
  12. You can also be a member of Forum and not a member of FMCA! All I saw was your Forum join date...Sorry about the misunderstanding. I agree with Joe L. Carl "Manholt" Christensen
  13. robertcrook, you have been posted for this and your comment/request under "Trolls!"
  14. Kay. I don't know about the intell....seen plenty off procrastination in a "Storm" situation! LOL
  15. Welcome! As said. It would help if we knew make, model, year off coach and is it acid or AGM along with inverter? 6V in series, 12V or 24V?
  16. Vistadrive. Welcome! There is no "One or the other!" You'll find that most of FMCA members also have Good Sam. I've had both for 54+ years now! I don't do Camping World anymore, but my wife does.
  17. C925790. Welcome! Are you the original owner of the Vantana? What length model is your coach?
  18. tmc48. Welcome to the Forum! Is your Post the reason why you joined?
  19. Minor mistake? What do you consider minor? Back into a post would be a costly mistake, not life threatening! Besides, that's what insurance is for.
  20. Eric, on picture #3, the copper wire is sticking out from the blue shield...you'll have a short again!
  21. Brooks, Welcome! Look at Renegade, Jayco, Dynamax and Forest River!
  22. You could also call Forest River since they own Coachmen RV and get witth Tech or Parts Dept.
  23. Warren Buffet bought Forest River and rolled it over into Berkshire Hathaway, June 28, 2005.
