  1. Since all of you are behind the Viair portable, Linda just placed an order....it will be delivered tomorrow! Since we still expect to go to Canada & Alaska this July-Sep...DW also ordered a 30 amp Autoformer (we should have gotten one for the 60 day trip in 2019) to Canada!
  2. When I replace my 8 in 2022, they will be either Hankook or TOYO! 365/80/22.5.
  3. Will your platform hold a king? We also have Sleep number, came with coach! I would go to a bed store and try out several types, we have Serta pillow top at both the Ranch and the camp house and love it....1/2 the cost of Sleep #! Both beds was replaced in 2020.
  4. 90% of electric problems, is a bad ground connection and/or a relay. Did you by chance add LED to head lights, or markers?
  5. We seem to attract them! WHY? HOW?
  6. I'm mostly on in late PM or around 0400! Lots of work to be done on ranch...a lot of broken trees to cut and remove before we leave! The "Polar Vortex" was not nice to us! Then about 3 weeks ago, we had straight line winds....we where not here! Now, the lawn mover broke yesterday, after cutting 2 acres & I got 6 to go! The Bushhog lost a blade last fall & we where not notified! I got to go shopping & we are leaving for Hutchinson, Kansas, Sat morning! Guess that's life.... Bill, did you have 30 mph South winds all day? We'll see you the 14th, then leaving the 15th for Gladewater....We'll be at NIRVC the 22nd to get 8 batteries & serpentine belt. I would like to get new shocks before we leave for summer! When is your awning roller coming in?
  7. We hope to pass thru Canada to Alaska and back, also do a R/T to Norway/Sweden by end of year...rest will be Lower 48!
  8. Do believe it's been covered Herman.
  9. Five. Hankook is not listed, I looked at your link and WBills.
  10. Richard, my gut guess, would be car and pick up!
  11. We have 2 screens, only one that we can clean in the 1/2 bath, the other is on Co pilot side & we cant get to it....door screen is no problem. I do mine like Ian does!
  12. That could be a catch 22! I would definitely call & get it in writing, either way!
  13. You have not replaced lock in 3 years? Thanks for posting!
  14. Richard, Michelin also makes BFG, we used to have Hankook until a couple of months ago, don't know why that stopped. FMCA does not have TOYO's, wish they did, I could save a bundle on NITTO's...made by TOYO!
  15. Before Linda, I used mine....She don't believe in dishwashers at all...home, camp or coach! So now we store all paper plates in it...coach!
  16. That's what we needed most, a real Canadian! Thanks..
  17. Toyo's, Kelly, BFG, Hankook, all great tires! I have only dealt with FMCA Tire Program 1 time, then found that I could have gotten them cheaper and fresher at another tire dealer...Micheline's! Last set I got was from a tire dealer in NJ, I went with 8 BFG's (made by Michelin) and saved over $800 by not getting FMCA involved. The FMCA tire program is good, but not the only game in town! Just depends on the volume of tires, the shop uses, day to day!
  18. Yep! The good & the not so good. In Texas you go to the Clerk/Tax office. DMV is for drivers Lic only! With Covid, its by appointment and ours (small County), is back logged 4-6 months! 🤬
  19. Ernie, you got my vote! Like the same width better and blends in nicely! Wish Linda would allow me to get rid of the electric heated tile (works in 1/2 of coach, the other half is dead & cold)!
  20. Ditto! International titles can be tricky and costly! Bill of Sale is not a title, you need to get the title! Where are you located and where (State) is the trailer located?
  21. MOMCAT. Welcome! I also miss it, been a in, out, in, member since 1967 and even as an "A" member for 8 years, I got the magazine and member, stop/stay, help, annual directory! As stated by Herman, times change and we need to adjust with it. IMHO the membership grew to the point of astronomical cost to maintain the Directory and mail out hard copies to all active F members, L members, C members and A members, each year! Carl C.
  22. WOW! First time I have seen that wood in a coach! Only one time in a house!
  23. If it was mine, I would spend a dime and have it remodeled...cheaper to keep her! LOL You have no Particulate filter or DEF to deal with and that is a big plus!!! Forget REV, plenty off other places to deal with.
  24. Everything in OP's post, indicate that he will be flying in and renting an RV there! I have thought about that before, but never done it....last time there by coach was 1987. I would call Alaska Tourism and get all you can from them! The same big rental companies here, have offices in AK., so go to RV rental on web. We are going on a 60 day, Fantasy Tour to AK this July. Spoke to them last week and its still on, but you got to have the COVID Vaccination to get into Canada. We can just wait and see! The only tour that I know that's cancelled this year, by all 3 operators (SOL, Adventure and Fantasy), was Rocky Point, Mexico this month!
