Speak for yourself....66 months ago, I could bend. -
Kay, your right, its suppose to be about cleaning Calcium/Lime out of H20 heater's! Vinegar/H20, in equal parts will do that....just like descaling your coffee machine!
-
That's why I have AGM's! At 78, I'm basically lazy....I was that for 15 years prior, but now I have an excuse! 😂

Ask at the office, who they use!

Don, 😂 Ray, too true!

Wayne....LMAO 😂Thank you! He may not be able too. Ross, December 17, 2019, Herman asked us, on behalf of new members, to list the acronyms and their meaning! You'll find it under General Discussion. Even Brett W. got in on it. Everybody knows, I'm not PC...I'm also not a post turtle, your acting like one. We are not allowed to get Political on this Forum and you sound like one!

Who, What, When, Where or Just Lets Talk

Wayne, we did both at the main in the street and the sub, about 100 feet from house! We got enough water yesterday to take a shower & wash clothing, 7 days with out water, but we never had a problem with electric! I do agree with Joe! I will make some preventive changes at both houses, before we leave this summer....Richard made a good point also, he knows its coming every year, so he preps for it, we have to be preemptive, may or may not happen, but if it does.... Joe, both my homes on Galveston Island was built with 6" x 2", my old house in the hill country was built by a person from Main, walls, interior roof and floor was 10" thick with blown insulation after all elect and plumbing was laid in and connected. R-39 top, bottom & sides! -
OMG...That's insane! I didn't have time for all of it, but what did the kids do to engine/transmission/brakes?
-
EH2653. Welcome to the Forum! My King Aire is 47' 4" long, + 4' for hitch, + toad, a Jeep Gladiator...that puts me at your length +/-. My height is 13' 4"! We where in Tampa for the EV Show and stayed at Southern Leisure RV Resort in Chiefland, Fl., KOA in Milton, Fl., Cajun Palms in Henderson, La., Other than the first, this is all on I-10, Anahuac, TX Rest Area (its allowed to stay overnight)! Wish you happy trails & tales!
-
Ray, you follow your Gov. I'll follow my 54+ years of keeping things sanitary in my RV water system! Just saying! We are talking about a water heather, not my 145 gal., fresh water tank...its been full one time for Tampa Super RV show! I know Kay can get 10% HP and I use 3%. My best friend also gets 10%.

As for OP, get a policy on any bldg you own & a umbrella for liability, their cheap.
-
DB, nice but photo shop! Joe, looks to me, like the trailer is to narrow for the coach & the drive tire is on the inside fender well...that would explain the tie strap, also as Kay said. My revised take...!!!
-
When its rented out, its on the Park. As Bill said.
-
I only posted it for, under normal circumstances....we don't use our well water direct, we have a water softener system in coach & at house! No build up and we drain everything and use HP 4X a year.
-
A lot of laws have changed since 2009....your Link! I've seen double tow in most States behind a coach and fiver! 65' is inn most states, but I frequently see much longer....generally your ok as long as your not speeding and/or driving in a unsafe manner! When my Jeep Gladiator is behind my coach, I'm 73 foot long.
-
You can use Vinegar or Bleach or Hydrogen Peroxide, then follow Kay!
-
As Kay said, that's the way my AH worked on the last coach!
-
Jim, PM Joe. I think he had the same no-receipt problem & somehow got a replacement.
-
Sir Traveller, welcome. Have you called Thor Customer Service? Ask for a elect schematic and what your inverter/charger is! Your inverter should be located in the house battery bay.

Eric, in the engine compartment you should have a line with a male plug, most times it just hangs there and you'll have a female plug. That's for your block heater, if not already plugged in, do so about 2+ hours before starting engine.
-
Jim, that's a good possibility....don't know if that was our issue, but we have one we carry in coach and one at the house...the one in coach, we had problems with and borrowed one from a coach next door, every thing worked. We was at Super RV Show in Tampa, so we got a new one and problem solved.

Governor of Calif has found out what happens. Even Aunt Nancy Pelosi can't help him now!
