  1. About 20% went back in coach and about 50% in bays! Our cloths closet in house, runnet over! Now need more closet space or about 3,000# donation to Salvation Army, I like the SA they are non profit...Goodwill is a private for profit company!
  2. That's easy! Overlooked, we think about battery posts, connections, wires and fuses...never, "what makes it all work?"
  3. Herman. Wedding? After Tucson, is all I know! From what I have heard Daisy does well on a leash, sit, stay, no tinkle, on/off no bark...failed in here or come as off 5 days ago! All 12 dogs got to play in the pond, then they all came out and one returned to pond and took a dump! Guess who? 😂 Linda & I will work with her, between Gladewater & Tucson! 😎 There are a couple of feral cats that come around, also Roadrunners, coons, armadillos, pole cats and possums...a large pack of coyotes, roam the area.
  4. Bill. You need to build a barn for your "New to you" coach! Before we took our rigs to MOT, we emptied both in barn. Then when we got back with our "New to us coach", it went into barn and got loaded, wind, rain & cold, only affected us between barn & house or cars. Monday & Tuesday I had Doctor appointments, this am I have another Doctor and then we leave for Tucson! When are you leaving for Tucson? DB. Yesterday and the next week, will be in the 70/80 for most of Texas, with rain...no big deal.
  5. Wayne. Since I will have eye surgery May 7th & 15th, I'll wait with my knee until end of Sept. That will give me almost 3 months to recover, before we fly to Norway for Christmas! My Doctor said that I should have full recovery in 5-7 weeks, since I'm not over weight. 223 lb on 6' 7" frame! 😁 When the insurance agent asked about what amount of deductible we wanted on the Newmar...The choice was 0, 500, 1,000, or 2,000, Linda wanted 0, I told him 2,000 & I wanted full replacement coverage on all exterior items on coach...Linda looked at me, like a wet hen, later I goggled our 2 roof electric awnings & price...she got the picture! Since we also have 4 window awnings and 3 AC's with Heat pump...that adds up in a hurry! $2,000 on a summer trip = a month or less! Cost of insurance is the same as 0 deductible. Your right on fine print. Since we live in the country, mice, snakes and other critters is a common enemy. Coach has been here for 4 days and we are loading it, 2 dead mice in a bay. We leave today for NE Texas to pick up our dog, then head out to Tucson! Daisy has spent 3 weeks in training camp with a sister & brother...obidiance and skill competition! The Atomic clocks have not changed yet. DB, only heard about Princess having problems! We have friends on ships all over the world, no Corona on board. Common Flu, Norovirus and colds..yes! That's normal. 😂 Enjoy your time at sea...where are you going?
  6. Lenp. Probably right, when it comes to elect that's number one culprit.
  7. Ian, is correct. Coleman Mach basement AC, 16 x 20 x1 filter. I could not find location. Ford Workhorse chassis, gas. On my 2007 WB Tour 40', same AC, the filter was behind a clip on panel by the closet..looking at back, left side! Spun glass, get at wall mart by the 12 pack! Change out once a month.
  8. Jon48. How old are your tires (DOT #) and why are they at max inflation? When your coach is packed for a trip, that's when it should be weight and tires filled with the PSI that is recommended on the chart. Not empty! No need to dump air when it goes into storage.
  9. In the garage on cement, we use cardboard under tires! Coach is on Jacks, when they are deployed the air is dumped automatically. We also extend the slide out's. If your coach is stored outside, then don't deploy the slides. If your on gravel, put down some pads for Jacks. Level? you got to have some slope to drain away moisture! Run your generator every 30+/- days to exercise it under load. Full tank of fuel, to prevent moisture build up. If it's a diesel coach, try to take it out and run it for about 100 miles +/- once every couple of months!
  10. As I said above, my reason for asking is it might be a Class C or B and then I would go with Rich...we know so little & I don't want to put the OP in harms way! 1,000 lbs +/- can make or break the deal.
  11. Guess I flunked again...they moved TEST.
  12. dr. Welcome to Forum! As long as your a paid member of FMCA...your grandfathered under the old terms...so, renew your membership! 😀 Happy Trails!
  13. dhealey. Welcome to the Forum! If you read the original post, it's a question and a false statement, depending on where you live! I know off no 100% electric auto anywhere in the US other than Tesla or Outside, unless it's a Golf Cart. No Electric car can be towed 4 or 2 down! As Herman & Rich said.
  14. Hi, welcome to the Forum! What make, model, year coach do you have? Also old and new dryer?
  15. Coach level, that = everything above ground. What system do you have, Lippper, HWH or Atwood?
  16. On my diesel coach I use KLEEN. You don't want to pay for Sea Foam in a 150 or 200 gal tank, every time you fill up! In winter I use some anti gel and Bio cide all year! Don't want slime in my fuel.
  17. Unless you can find where the fence is cut, I think they all are a inside job!
  18. DB, in the blue ice of winter & your "Cabin Fever", we are always here for you! 😂

    test

Herman. Since Larry followed suit, it must be a reason that only IT knows and we flunked the Test again!
  20. FIVE, be happy that DD & Factory did. One reason I don't like or want Freightliner...they experiment on your dime! All that crud would have been going into the DD500! Replacement cost?
  21. We put Sea Foam in the Ford expedition, Jeep Wrangler and Chevy 3/4 T., P/U. Since they are all gas engines, it should be OK for DB's coach!
  22. Eye opener! Thanks for the Link.
  23. We carry a spare set of key's & fob in toad, same with toad keys in coach! I used a "hide-a-key" magnetic box in my bumper, about 40 years ago, until a LEO told me, that's the first place a thief will look before they smash a window!

Bill, He/she only passed, if TEST moved. They have been members since 3/24/2009!
