  1. I bought 2 235/75 r 22.5 In Oregon last month for $378 plus fet about $13 and no sales tax. I mounted them at Thousand Trails Seaside.
  2. I tow a 99 Silverado 6 cyl 5 speed. I pull the ignition fuse but I have forgotten a couple of times and there was never any milage added.
  3. It could be the voltage regulator. We have replaced quite a number of them in our Onan shop in the past. I even had to change one on my own Emerald.
  4. There is not much in the front end to mount a tow bar connection to.
  5. I believe it will require a tow dolly. I have a 07 Prius and I tow it on the dolly.
  6. It may be overheating. What is the temperature of the fluid? Does it happen after a hard pull?
  7. Thousand Trails parks will not accept US mail, thats why we use general delivery. They will accept Fedex and UPS.
  8. I always assumed that all P O's had general delivery. I have used them for my ebay purchases, even the smallest towns, without a problem.
  9. We always stay at the national park, just out of town.
  10. Usually if you demand more out of your engine you shorten the life. Fuel mileage may increase some but that is usually from being more aware of how it is driven and not from the devise.
  11. I would use 2/0 on the jumpers 3/0 on the parallel connectors and 4/0 on the long runs. Feed the positive off of one end and the negative off the opposite end. Use red and black heat shrink on the cables at the appropriate ends, makes it easier to identify polarity and reduces the corrosion factor.
  12. How long is the cable run? Is the receiver the same model? You might try your cable on his receiver. I have seen defective new cables before.
  13. It sounds like the seam needs to be opened up and adhesive applied under the edge and re calked.
  14. Have you tried your receiver at his location? There may be a cable problem.
  15. Just keep in mind that any time you modify anything you become legally responsible if something should go wrong. Increasing the spring pressure would increase the force needed to apply the brakes but would not be re-engineering the system.
  16. It should be in the air brake line from the brake pedal. I assume you have air pressure.
  17. I had that happen to me and I stopped and pushed the disconnect switch for the chassis battery and then pushed it again to turn it back on and everything was ok.
  18. I bought the string for $4 and restrung all my blinds.
  19. You could unplug the buzzer. Just be aware that the other things that use the sounder will be affected.
  20. My suggestion is to become familiar with all the operating systems so you can discuss the situation with the service personal before the repair and have an idea of whats involved and if it sounds like they are feeding you a line go some where else.
  21. The hardest part is finding materials. You should be able to find foamboard at a building supply store and fabric at a fabric store. Use spray adhesive that is compatible with fabric and foam.
  22. Its true that in some situations propane must be turned off, however if your vehicle is propane fueled that would not be practical to turn off the propane.
