Most likely you will find rusty deposits on the burner and igniter, just us shop vacuum to clean area and you will be good to go. You should also clean the entire chimney stack, you have to go on roof and remove vent cover above the refrigerator, you will see a cleaning rod in the center of the stack, you pull the rod up and down several times and is cleans the inside of the tube. I have been running AH12 and am happy with their performance. I recently was in contact with tire shop and was advised that AH12 is no longer available and has been replaced with AH37. There has been several post recently on the use of regional tires on motorhomes and the consensus was that they were NOT recommended for motorhome use. JIm

It's always nice when everything works after storage. I'm fortunate we have such mild winters and I store mine in my shop and we also use it year around. Jim -

I had same problem with 04 Endeavor, found oil pressure sending unit was the problem. The oil pressure sender on my coach consist of 2 function, one a NC contact that initiates an audible alarm on LOW OIL pressure and variable resistor that provides the signal to the OIL Pressure gauge. Jim -
I have stayed at both, I prefer the KOA because of the large indoor swimming pool. Don't take me wrong Grizzly is nice and offers a great lo action in town. Jim

Ray, Do you think it's worth the effort to be proactive and perform maintenance on the gear boxes or to run until failure? Was the failure do to lack of lubricant or contamination on the lubricant?

I have the DishNet Tailgater, and it has worked for me. The only inconvenience is it requires refreshing if you have extended periods of non use. I've had my for about six years and in the early day you had to contact them by phone to perform the refreshing and many time you got a customer support person who had no idea on what I was talking about. They now have an app for your cell phone and its a breeze to do it. Jim

If you have wiring diagram you can determine what devices that initiate audible alarms and also those that initiate both audible and visual alarms. You can first narrow the problem by determine which audible alarm is bring initiated, on my coach there are 3 audible device under the dash. I had a similar problem on my Holiday Rambler last year and found that my engine low pressure only initiated an audible alarm, there was no associated warning lamp. Jim

I'm a creature of habit, if it works don't change it. I have been running HANHOOK tires on my motorhomes. I have replaces them when the tires reached 7 years old from date of manufacturing. I have never experienced any uneven tread wear, blowouts, road damage or weather related damage. All tires have been in service without balancing. I run 225-75-22.5 tires HANHOOK AH 12, they a no longer available, their replacement is an AH 37. Jim

Ray, Checked my float charge voltage this AM, 13.6 V , 1 amp Jim

Since you will be removing your pump I would try and connect a pressurized water source to line that you removed from the pump discharge. This will eliminate any problems beyond the pump. JIm

Ray, I have a spare circuit board for a inverter/charger, I believe yours is the same model as mine, I will check tomorrow. I purchased the option that provided display of battery charge level and my circuit board wouldn't support the option, so I upgraded the circuit board. I also needed to new circuit board to support the generator auto start. Still have purchased the auto start, new tires and batteries were higher priority. Jim You are welcome to try it if you don't find your problem, I even give you a smoking deal on it.

Did you check the check valve on the pump discharge side? The check value on my rig is not an integral part , it's a foot or so from the pump. I don't know if it was stock or a add on by previous owner. Jim
-
You also might want to check the check valve on the pump discharge to make sure its not stuck in the closed position do to being on city water for an extended period. Jim
-
You wont't feel any suction if the check valves aren't seating of if the diaphragm is torn. Most likely one of the internal check valves in the pump isn't seating. I would try taking a 3 ft piece of hose and connect to pump intake, fill hose with water, start pump and pressure the hose to see if you can flush the pump which may clear anything that prevent the check valve from seating properly. Jim

You need to check all wires and connections that are exposed to the elements for bad connection and broken wires. Not sure of you location, if you are traveling in areas where they use salt on the roads make these problems more likely. Jim

You will also need the PN for the oil pan. Some coach manufacturer change the oil pan to better fit their chassis. Jim

Ray, I'm glad that my coach is similar to yours, I am learning from your experiences. Thanks for sharing. Jim
