Carl, you are so right. With all the room in the water bay that is where you would thank that there would be a nice convenient place for it. Not on my Dynasty, mine is in the fuel bay on the passenger side. Go figure. Herman

Bill, I received and ad recently from PPL with a real bargain on detailing your coach when you put it on consignment with them. And they do seem to move a lot of coaches. Herman -
high winds on seven mile bridge in the keys

Mike, I would contact the Florida Highway Department for an adversary on high profile vehicles on the bridge. If they say NO then I would postpone. If they say yes then I would proceed with extreme caution. Have a good trip and by all means be safe. Herman -
Looking for info on National Vehicle Company to sell RV

BBB has had many complains about this company. Claiming to be able to sell your unit for FREE in 2 1/2 weeks. Then not being able to sell it in that time offer to put in ads to sell your unit for a very high fee. BE BEWARE!!!!!! Herman -

If you have a 7 pin connector on you motorhome you already have a charge wire in it. The number 7 pin is the auxiliary pin and can be used to as a charge wire. Herman

Bill, If you are fortunate enough to have a Garmin GPS, you can set to read in either MPH or KPH. I set my speeds using my GPS because it is more accurate then my speedometer. Herman -

That an easy one. When you run out of fuel on the road. you can call or walk to the nearest service. When on the water I can think of only one person the could walk on water. And no I don't mean Carl. Herman -
Most any truck tire location will have the longer stems. $40.00 for each side doesn't seen out of line for removing two wheels, breaking down one to replace the stem and replacing two wheels. Heerman

My Aquahot has never run long enough to know whether or not it will drain the tank. I have spent enough on it to have had it replaced and it still only operated for a short time then it will never run again. Thank goodness the electric works for hot water. Herman -

I have a 130 gallon tank and the LOW FUEL light has been blinking and the generator had stopped. When I filled up it only took 70 gallons. I believe the unit work off of the gauge and we know how accurate motorhome fuel gauges are. -

Most all if not all coaches with gen. set will shut off the gen. any time the fuel goes below 1/4 so you will not run out of fuel. Herman (PS, I forgot to enter my post but Brett and I are both spot on.) -

If you are speaking of Baton Rouge, LA it is a heck of a long way from there. Whitewright Texas is a about 22 miles south of the Oklahoma border on US Hwy. 69. Can you see the drive shafts? There should be two shafts. If so you can spray dry silicone lube on the shafts. After you put the lube on run the slides out a couple of time to make sure to spread the lube completely. Herman -
Ralph, Is it hard to give a cat a bath? By the way, Welcome to the Forum. Herman

Is it possible that the fuel valve is shutting off when it gets too hot? Herman

David, You mentioned waiting for it to cool down. What are your coolant levels? How about your oil level? Both will cause your engine to shut down if the levels are too low. Herman

A bit off the topic but drivers licenses are being mentioned. I hear folks talking about having to take their Passport when renewing their license. When I renewed two years ago all I did was renew by presenting my old Licenses and when the new one arrived it had the Star on it. And this year the DW renewed her license online her new one had the Star on it. I am wondering where they draw the line as to who has to present their Passport and who is pass on without. Herman -
Skybound38, Welcome to the Forum. FMCA has a good tire program as a benefit but TOYO is not on it. However I have TOYO tires on my coach and found them to be less expensive than those on the program. Might I suggest that you Google TOYO tires and search for locations near where you will be. As for the cost of mounting I can only tell you about where I live (North Central Texas). The average for mounting Truck or RV tires is around $25.00 for mounting and $25.00 for balancing. If you find a dealer, give them a call tell them what size you need, how many you will need and that you want tires that have a mfg. date no older than 3 months. This will give them time to get the tire in and can set up an appointment. Remember to write down the serial number and mfg. date off each tire. This is to help you incase of a recall and you can check without getting under the coach to check. Good luck on you search. Hope you enjoy your new to you RV. Herman
