When I fill up I always lower the side opposite of where I am filling. Doing this I will get at least 5 more gallons in the tank. (yes truckers look at me funny). According to my coaches spec. sheet, I have a 130 Gallon. When I fill up my trip tank will say I have 124 gallons and will stay there for almost 200 miles before it comes off 124 gallons. Any time my gauge reads 1/2 tank I begin to look for a fuel stop. Herman

Carl, to edit your signature try this. When on a topic go to the upper right corner of the page to your name. Click on the down arrow and a menu will come up. On the menu click on Account Sittings. When Account Setting come up go to the left side and click Signature. When your Signature comes up make your changes and Save. That is how I corrected my Signature. Herman

A bit off the subject, the one thing I find wrong with the light weight hose are the connections. They all seem to be made of light weight and very thin material. Drop it and it will dent and never seat again. However the heavier hose tend to have much better connections. But and a big but in cold weather they are like rolling up re-bar. Now off the soap box. Truenorth1 Welcome to the Forum. I know what you mean. A lot of the new hoses are very good and strong but at the same time some are so tough it's lit trying to roll up Rebar. You might look at Landscape companies. They may have longer length 1" hoses, hope fully of a less tough material. Another place comes to mind might be W.W. Granger the industrial supply house. If it is just the lid could you have one made by someone with a 3D laser printer? I don' know much about the printers and don't know how strong the part would be, but it might be worth looking into. Herman

You are correct. A friend has a 2017 Entegria and is equipped with a propane Aqua Hot and he loves it. I contacted A/H and asked if there was a conversion kit from diesel to propane. ON DICE, you can change it our for a bit over $7,000.00 +. Maybe sometime way in the future. Herman

You can find several thousand coaches there, old, new, big or small, with slides or without, and more. You may not find what you are looking for but can get pricing averages. On another note. Have you ever driven and stayed in an RV? If not may I advise that you go and rent one for a week and see if you and your spouse like it. If you do enjoy it then you will have an idea of what you want. But if you find that it is just not for you then you are only out the cost of the rental and not stuck with a $100,000 plus debt. Another thought, was the truck and trailer with the dozer properly flagged and had a over size permit and did he have an escort? Herman

Roland, Where were you when the incident occurred? Can you determine who was at fault? I'm asking because you keep mentioning your insurance policy. If it was the other guys fault then they should pay for everything including a place for you to stay. In the meantime start checking your coach manufacturer and salvage yards to see if you can find replacements. Any where you take it you are talking months in the shop. Finding the parts ahead of time may shorten the repair time. Good luck and keep us up to date. Herman

POP, Depending on you slide topper, you can alway tighten the spring on you awning. Or change out the Fabric. Herman
