Our seats are Flexsteel and th seatbelt/shoulder belt are built in but that would be pretty expensive proposition to replace your seats. Maybe your RV maker could give you some pointers on if and where you could install the shoulder restraints ...

Thanks For The Great Advice - Have Made Some Decisions

I have read that some have had a problem getting insurance for a MH owned by a LLC and full time....have you secured a company? -
Have you used your extended warranty? If not you may want to reconsider getting one... Some folks just feel comfortable with the warranty, but make sure it covers what you want.... I may get one in a few years when things start wearing out but for now....I'll take my chances...

We had a 2012 WB 35F and I can tell you that you won't be going 55 up mountains unless you get a real good running start:) I will probably catch some flak for this but you might want to consider a newer Ford chassis. The Workhouse was a great chassis and engine, but......they don't make either anymore and parts and repairs are just going to get harder to find...

I towed a 1994 Wrangler and 2013 Wrangler behind a 35 foot gasser and now tow the 2013 Wrangler behind the Phaeton, no problem towing either....I did find that the height difference between the gasser and the DP was quite a bit and had to adjust the hitch height up considerably with the Phaeton. I have a blue Ox tow system and they are very specific about the height and angle of the tow bar...too high and the MH will take weight off the front end of the jeep on bumps etc and the Jeep will try to ride down when stopping, if the toad end of tow bar is too low, bumps will, put weight on the front end and the Toad will try to ride up the hitch on hard braking... My Brother-In-law used a hitch from a previous MH on his newer MH, connected his toad and could not get 100 feet without the front wheels of the toad turning......tow bar setup is important ...

My exhaust tip is a piece of stainless steel about 16" long, can't imagine that costing $150 or more I polished it, looks like chrome..

I cringe every time I put out the rear Schwintek slides!!!

What was done to repair the slide?

When we come across things like that, I either slow way down or get past them as fast as I can

On one of our trips in CO we bumped into a couple that had just come from Alberta, Canada. He told us he was stopped in Alberta after coming in from BC. He was told in BC he could tow his MC trailer behind his 5th wheel in Canada.....not only did he get a ticket in Alberta, he had to unhook the MC trailer, call a tow truck and have it towed to the U.S. Border...

I think it's sort of odd that right after the tech services the unit it, the problem started.....makes you wonder just what he did up there.. -
If I recall, this engine has coils over the cylinders, may be wrong......one spark plug wire should not stall out the engine but it sure will skip...a dead short of the primary wire will kill the engine though...Have you plugged in a scanner to see if any codes show up? A short in the charging system may be a possibilty as well.....do you have a problem with mice and rats where you store the MH?

That's good news....I have heard of other stories about Bob.....I really dread the day he finally calls it quits...I don't think his sons follow his beliefs in customer service..

We just switched fromthe Goodsam Ins, which is now Nat. General..Went thru the Allegro Club via Overland Ins. Co., the insurer is Allied which is a subsidiary of Nationwide..saved about $440 with better coverage and disappearing deductible..no claims...knock on wood..when we lived on the east coast, had a flood claim with a TT, at that time we were insured by Nationwide, claim was quickly settled with no hassle..

Unless things have changed with new F53s, they come with front and rear "sway" bars and a front Trac bar....several companies make the rear trac bar and some folks have made their own. I installed a Blue Ox tiger trac on the F53 we owned, made a lot of difference with passing trucks...

Can I ask why you took delivery of this Coach in the first place, after a good PDI, some or most of the defects should have been noticed...I truly hope you can get ahead of this... Someone mentioned Lemon laws, unfortunately in many states, MHs are excluded, depending on the State in which you purchased it, will you be allowed to proceed .

Camping World Turns Down Warranty Repair Of Inside Step

Your clock does not have an internal battery or chip to save time and date. Had a similar problem with the radio on our 2012 Vista, everytime I shut off the batteries I would lose all settings. The system we have now saves settings. -
