I have Express Scripts. We just switched from USFHP to TFL this past sign-up season. My wife will have to use Express Scripts so I'm curious as to how that will go. My wondering is if they do a maintenance prescriptions. By maintenance prescriptions can you tell them you will be gone for an extended period of time and need xxx days of medicine. That would preclude having to have the medicines sent to stops along the way. As for the narcotics, that will probably be a different story. We are not on any narcotics so don't know the answer to that one.

The 2015 MH we purchased was set up for DTV and we have DISH here at the Sticks & Bricks. It was around $300 to change the Traveler from DTV to Dish. If you don't have the Traveler and only a DOME antenna, there are no DOME antenna's on the market that will get all three DISH satellites at the same time, so depending on your receiver capabilities it could limit some recording capabilities. With the Traveler you would get full functionality from the receiver. Also, DOME antenna's did not received HD with DTV as I understood it. As for local channels, with DISH, you call them and give your ZIP code only and you will get the nearest broadcast of Local Channels for that area. It has to do with FCC and advertisements designed for that local viewing area. It's not a big problem. We have to call to get the locals changed because we have locals at the S&B. If you do not have S&B locals you can use the DISH app to change the zip code. Ross, all those channels you mentioned I have on DISH. It is going to depend on what package you get. The more channels per package the more $$$ it will be. I think we have America's Best.

As you stated, buy used. Previous owners have pretty much taken care of major problems. Will the park allow a 5th wheel. Less maintenance, a little more room when considering that everything from the seats forward in a MH is wasted space except when you are driving. Whatever you are comfortable with. Floor plan is a big decision for us.

I always get the last two words in, "Yes dear!"

Wow! A work of admiration. My saying. It doesn't matter what you camp (RV) in, you're having just as much fun. Would like to see you parked next to me some day.

Driver license for RV driving or towing?
wayne77590 replied to tireman9's topic in Laws and Legislative Action
I reached out to Changing Gears. Here is what I received back in reply: "Wayne, Thanks for letting me know about the broken links. I went through all 50 and updated them. I know there are more broken ones, including the email page, but I don't have time lately to update these. One of the days. Charlie" It is amazing what a simple contact email can accomplish now-a-days. -

It's not just Govt. sites. All web sites can have errors like that. They start prettying up their web site and it just breaks links when they start moving stuff around. More prevalent on web sites that have a lot of items linked. -
Try the Corona Ultra Cactus Lime. I enjoyed it. Now I'm on Stella Artois. I switch around every once in a while. Redd's has some good ones at 5% ABV.

Driver license for RV driving or towing?

I'll guarantee that several months ago the Changing Gears web site had good links to all of the sites listed on their page. Now, one of 3 things will happen. One, you get to the web site, 2, you will get a page not found error, or 3, you get to the state web site and that page will say "page not found," which indicates that the state has changed the location of their driver license information. You will notice on those pages that give you a 404 error that there is a hyperlink. If you notice for Alabama the hyperlink is http://dps.alabama.gov/DriverLicense, But that will get an error. Backing up to dps.alabama.gov also gives an error, but just alabama.gov will get you to the Alabama web site. From there you can search in their search box for Alabama driver license and be given some choices. Not as easy as just clicking on the link in Changing Gears, but it is not Changing Gears fault that the states have moved their information pages. It is very difficult for a web site to keep up with everyone else's problem links. -
Driver license for RV driving or towing?

Yes, but they are Govt. Websites so it would be easy to search on their main site for the information. Not to many DL's change. -
Exactly what I do. Keeps the list short. I just skip the ones I'm not interested in.

Five, I will not argue with you that my 2015 (2014 build) has or does not have engine preheat. Here is a snip from my manual, you can take it for what it is worth. I do no that when I turn it on with that "engine preheat" switch to the far right, it heats the engine up. What can I say. Yep, has to be a Marine thing, I mean everyone knows we do "it" better! ?

Carl, I have received very little amounts of PM's and all that I have received were good. No spam - no don't start now!

Driver license for RV driving or towing?

I agree with Richard except for the "class of license." Class C, B, and A all have different meaning in different states. In Texas, if the vehicle is below 26,000 pounds all one needs is a regular class C license but if it is over 26,000 pounds a Class B or A is needed depending on the weight of the towed vehicle. Yes, different states, different laws but the driver license is reciprocal as long as the driver is legal in the driver license state of record. All rules and regulations pertaining to anything other than the class of license being reciprocal is determined state by state. -

All the states recognize and reciprocate on licenses. If you license is legal in your state it is legal in all the other states. A problem could arise in the different state laws for vehicle length weight, height, towing. etc. However, I have never been stopped for any of those checks. I think someone would have to be doing something wrong or dangerous on the highway to be stopped. California has a law for towing that the speed limit is 55 mph when towing. I try to stay with that but sometimes I'll push it to 59 or 60. So far so good. -
I do it like Brett said. Those I'm not interested in I just skip. Usually only a dozen or so unread unless I skip a day. When I'm through with today's posts I click on "Mark site read." Next time I log in I only see those sites I have not read.

Herman, My email clients program allows me to to drage a spam into my inbox and then it is no longer spam, or I can click on an item that declares in "not spam." If for some reason I need to check the spam folder I sort by email address and then it is easy to find the email that I want sending to me. -

If I put items in the spam folder I don't need to check the spam folder, just right click and delete spam. Of course, I have never used WEB email, only CLIENT email. -
I love the engine loop Hot water when you stop with nothing turned on to heat the water except the running engine for a couple hundred miles. My pre-heat switch is on my Energy Management Panel. Just says "Engine."

Mine has an engine pre-heat also. (400D)
