  1. I don't see any reason it can't be welded. May have to take it off to do the work. Bill
  2. Welcome to the forum Amy. It isn't that bad of a road. Take your time, lots of climbing lanes. Bill
  3. The only place I would recommend is NIRVC. Not close but good. Bill
  4. Don't know as never had one but you should be able to find a repair/shop Manual online. Once you see where it is you should be able to tell if you can get to it in the coach. Is the generator on a slide? Bill
  5. Why don't you call the office and ask who is making the ones for FMCA? Bill
  6. 13.6V is charging voltage not actual battery voltage. 12.7 would be a fulley charged battery. "Does anyone know why this is happening?" Yes jack systems draw a lot of curent. I like to be pluged into shore power before I run my jacks or slides. Bill

    F150 tires

Welcome to the forum. Not enough info, What load are you running? I would see what is avalible in the tire program that will carey the weight. I like the Michelin Defenders but don't know if they come in a hi enough weight rating. I woulden't run anything below load range "E" on something I was towing with. I might need to go higher based on the load. Bill
  8. I ran the Continentals on my last coach. Not onley were they as good or better than MIchelin but over $100.00 cheaper after the discount. I am running Toyo's on this coach mostley because I din't have to buy them. They have allso been as good as the MIchelin's. Bill
  9. My understanding is the X incity Z tire is built with heavier side walls to help reduse damage from buses/delivery trucks hitting curbs. They are probabley heavier/stifer and not as good for milage. I would also look at the Continetal HSR2 SA. I ran Continetals on my last coach and liked them better than Michelin. Bill
  10. I am happier to have my resadentul type refrigarater. Bill
  11. Now you have a better understanding why people are installing resadentual type refrigaraters. Bill
  12. Welcome to the forum. Without hands on, I would try a couple wraps of teflon tape on the threads. Bill
  13. Welcome to the forum. Where are you headed this year? Bill
  14. Welcome to the forum. Have no idea based on information and blurey picture. Bill
  15. Welcome to the forum. When was the last time you drove it and in what? Bill
  16. Welcome to the forum. Hope to run into you at a rally. Bill
  17. Welcome to the form. I have seen people with CR-Vs have the key in the wrong position. You can tell real quick because the daytime running lights are on. Free tip of the day push the button and have it on Recykle air. This helps to keep exaust fumes/smell out of the car. Bill
  18. What were the outside temps? Heat pumps don't work reliabley below about 45 deg. Heat pumps are your roof air conditioner runnig in reverse. The outher thing to be aware of the heat pumps have no way to heat your basment storage/wet bay to prevent frezing. My last coach would switch to the propane furnace below a certin temp. When it was cold or going to be cold I just left it on furnace. Bill
  19. Well My 2003 Bounder called for Dextron III You could call them and ask. I was sitting hear thinking trying to remember. It is a big tank where the pump is. There is a plug you have to take out to add the fluid. You will probabley need a funel with about 15" of hose on the end. Fill the tank with all the jacks up, to the bottom of the hole. put the plug back in and run the jacks a couple times to get any air out and recheack the leavel. I think it was in the first compartment on the drivers side on my 38N. Ihave seen them inside the whel well front side on the pasenger side. Let us know what you find. You could have someone run the jacks while you listion for the pump. Bill
  20. It woulden't take me 3 days to say NO. Think about it, they won't cover anything tht already has a warenty on it. They don't cover anything that is a where and tear item like tires or routine maintence. They are also extreamley good at finding reasons something isn't coverd. Bill
