  1. Welcome to the forum. I don't know anyone in that area but some one should be along. How far are you willing to travel for good service? Bill
  2. I thought rossboyer said we had to spell everything out? I am even typing slow to help. Bill
  3. Welcome to the forum. Have you looked at the EFS card? Bill
  4. I don't know if I can agree with that. Can you get back to me tomorrow? Bill
  5. I think this would be a exultant time for you to help forum management to create a forum library of terms and procedures like "how to sanitize my water system". That would be super handy for new members. Bill
  6. What's to think about? That is the new road side assistance company for FMCA!! Bill
  7. Yes, I have stayed at Catherine's but much prefer Downtown Riverside RV Park. https://downtownriversidervpark.com/ It is run by the city and is Pass Port America. I didn't recommend them before because they are a 60 mile run to Hot Springs. Bill
  8. Welcome to the forum. Why arn't you talking to your insurance agent? What did the place in Fort Myers say? What did the outher owners say? Bill
  9. Just tell them I said you could stay there. Last time I was up there I stayed at Cloud Nine RV Park. It is a small place so I would call now. https://cloudninerv.com/ Bill
  10. LOL so by the time you find a proper sewing machine, learn how to use it by the material. You will have spent 5 times what it would have cost you to buy some wheel covers. Bill
  11. I like the Surge Guard 50A Model 34850. I prefer the portable units as I can go check the power in a site without maneuvering the coach in to it first. Bill
  12. That looks like a great tool. I had heard of closures down on I-10 out by Fort Stockton but this show's a bunch in town. Bill
  13. Yes I would be carful with the heavy load on the power grid you might just have low voltage. Does your Progressive show the line voltage when pugged in? Bill
  14. While you are looking at the inverter. See those to round circles at the top left? those are switches. I know they don't look like a switch. one is marked invert and one is charge. Try pushing on them. I had the inverter not working on my last coach and traced it down. Someone may have bumped it and turned it off. Bill
  15. Not that familiar with your coach but if you want lets try some ideas. The problem as you found out is there arn't many circuits and it is easy to overload them. Look in the wet bay for anouther GFCI outlet. I would look at the outlet in the bathroom to. You might look at plugin a heater into the circuit the microwave is on. They are usually 20+ amp circuits instead of 15. I wouldn't try running both at the same time. Bill
  16. I have to go with Jim. Magna Shade easy on and off and easy storage. So far I just keep them wiped down with 303 protectant. Bill
  17. Ray, that is a mirical. Well, we will have lots of good weather to go camping. Soon we will be complaining about the heat. Bill
  18. Sir Traveller, What do you think the problem is? By the way welcome to the forum. Giving them a little rest to blead any "float charge" off will give you a reading. It may be better to take them and have a load test to see if they have any problems. Bill
  19. The problem is not snow but ice. They put down brine but once you get a layer of ice you are done. Most of the time you can't see it esphialy in the dark. Don't make the mistake of thinking I can drive on it because I am use to winter driving. No one can drive on that glare ice. They had some videos on the news https://www.wfaa.com/ Bill
  20. Kay, I think there may be a valve used to control the hot water flow into the core. I have seen them not working before to. 1954bubba1954, Does your engine reach operating temperature? What temp thermostat did you install? Do you have the Ford chassis? Bill
  21. The battery's are dead. 12.7 is fully charged. Have you tried starting your RV to put in the slides? Make shure you set it to fast idle as soon as oil preshure comes up. Why? Let us know what you find. Bill
