  1. How many times did it rain last night??? Bill
  2. seanbrown427, welcome to the forum I would run it over some scales just to check what it does weigh ready for the road. Then you might be able to adjust your air preshure. Bill
  3. It is amazing to me how many people I see having a problem geting their toad un hooked. I have seen the pins that have been hammered on till they were mushroomed. Bill
  4. I suspected that and think Joe is right. Thought they might be an upgrade on my coach next time. Might not have enough room for them. A1kaching, You can buy the more aggressive tread but I don't think they will be the answer to going off road. It has been my experience once the tread fills up and the tier spins. Get some mats like the off roaders use to get out of a tight situation. The good news you have jacks to help pick the coach up to get them under the tires. Bill
  5. Dsabers, Just a suggestion when un hooking. Start your toad/truck, put it in drive so that it puts just the slightest preshure on the tow bar. Now put it in park. Now when you hit the release levers on the tow bar the truck is in a "neutral position" so it is ease to pull the pins to disconnect. The second thing the truck is in park and won't roll. Bill
  6. Just wonder what lead you to believe the alternator was the root cause of the problem? Have you disconnected the battery grounds? Bill
  7. So you have a King Aire Toy Hauler. That would be interesting. Bill
  8. The best setup I have seen was having the cart in the bead of the truck they were towing. Bill
  9. Johncristiano, welcome to the forum and on your new coach. I just this year shopped around and ended up with Safeco. Bill
  10. Hay, didn't see it but it had to be true it was on the internet. What shocks are you looking at? I am thinking Koni FSD on the back and Koni EVO on the front.
  11. The first thing I would do is get a small/2 1/2 gallon gascan and some fuel line. try running the generator off this fuel supply. This is also a good way to run something like carb cleaner at a high ratio without needing to treat the main tank. If it runs good then you can look at the supply lines going to the tank. Bill
  12. I don't care if you have oversized balloon tires 75 from McKinney to Durant will shake the dishes. Bill
  13. C-923690, Welcome to the forum, nice looking rig. Bill
  14. Made me remember someone on a different forum who was complaining that his tires on his new tires on a class A were blowing out. Found out he was lowering the air pressure the same way to run it on the beach. We need to ask "Tire Man" if that could cause a problem. Bill
  15. Looks like a fairly well done home built on a sedan. Bill
  16. I would recommend watching some of the videos on youtube like the ones by the RVgeeks. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2EOriLgUuwQn-uCHl58m_Q Bill
  17. mikefults, welcome to the forum. You might look at https://www.transferflow.com/ Bill
  18. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with that model. It would seam there should be some kind of adjustment. On my last coach when I upgraded to a residential refrigerator I used some child proof locks I bought at Walmart. They kept the door shut when I remembered to use them. Bill
  19. Well actually that was a big part of the problem with the Ford Explorer from 1996-2000. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firestone_and_Ford_tire_controversy That and a lot of pore design. Bill
  20. Yes it is kind of weird one of these days I may get one of those fancy coaches with the sliding step well cover. Bill
  21. rayin, I like that calculator. mmrgrider, Welcome to the forum. Just my opinion but considering the difference between towing with a marginal at best F-150 and a capable F-250. Being able to put in the garage would be an extremely marginal requirement. Bill
  22. Carl, did you get enough cajun food at the rally? I finally got a space at Buckhorn.
