  1. Do you have a 8Kw 2 speed or a 10?
  2. Kay, Linda got the same run around, until we drove to a Company Store!
  3. Jim S. Yes, same amount I was paying for 5GB card. They draft my account 3 days prior to roll over each month. Linda had the "old" plan, similar to FMCA's, she has a contract. Austin is one of the cities that has 5 and we both have it...amazing, I'm out of the cave!
  4. If you compare it to all of New England ? Yes! 🤣
  5. Kay, Linda had the same, she got the new one and just extended the contract....I'm not on any contract, so I just pre paid, happy camper!
  6. Klindholm. Welcome back. Do you have a load on, when you shut down? AC/Heat pump or strip. Turn off any high draw, wait a couple of minutes, then turn off generator...it needs to cool down! I have the same Magnum, just bigger inverters. 10 Kw generator, one stage.

    Traveling with Cats

Hmmm. I learn something new, every day or my memory banks are getting overloaded! Your both half right! The "H" stamp and/or red band, is for high temperature, not pressure! Mostly used on truck and aviation tires...Since the average coach driver, don't do coast to coast in 3 to 5 days, it makes no difference if your rated for 225 F or 250 F !!!
  9. JRSMILEY. Welcome to the Forum! I have tile heating also. There are 2 zones on mine & I can set it to any temp I want. Found by trial and error, that 80 degrees work the best on the front zone and 81 on the second. I keep both on when needed...since heat rises, I need to set the furnace lower than what I feel I should have (mine is Aqua Hot)! If you still have problems with front floor, then I recommend you take your coach to Red Bay, AL. Tiffin does not take reservation any more, it's first come, first served. Since we don't know where your at, it's difficult to give you other options. Feel free to ask any questions you want. Merry Christmas! 🎄
  10. Your owners manual, will have a note on how to re zero the keyless, then also how you can enter your own code! I suspect the dealer re zeroed it already!
  11. DBenoit. I was there in the Jeep earlier today. Met nice people. Not as much room as the pictures show and it's not an easy place to find...I would say no, but then that's up to Eric! As long as it's a pass through, and we are home, feel free to stop by...you'll have about 10 acres to plop down on! The other 3 acres are house, barns, storage and a 50' x 100' pole barn! We have another property outside of Three Rivers, with full H/U's

    Traveling with Cats

feiter. Welcome to the Forum! Make, model, length and # of slide outs, if any, would be helpful. Cats & Dogs, generally do well in a coach. With that said, introduce cat to coach and let it move around by itself and get used to it's new home away from home, make sure the slides are out when you do this. Start loading the bus for travel and find a place in coach that the litter box will live, all the time while traveling and camped. Your cat, might just plop down, or it could take several days and nights for it, to get used to it's second home! The day before you leave, start the engine and see how the cat reacts! If everything is OK, then pull in the slides. This is where the fun might start, your cat may now want to leap up and look at the new place to hid...it may decide to investigate the top of the slide when your traveling...be on your toes all the time, remember, if the head fits, the cat fits! Personally, I would put the cat in a cat carrier, while driving and let it out when camped. Good Luck and Merry Christmas! 🎄
  14. He hasn't come by in person like he did 67 years ago! 😎🎄
  15. Yep! Colaws would be my choice. Ask Herman, I think he lives there part time!
  16. If I was 9" shorter, I would be tempted. Merry Christmas 🎄🦃
  17. Same reason I or our friends, about 50% are FT, the rest do 6+ months a year...we are not on their Forum! There are a lot of Liberal Snowflakes in Escapees! I don't need armchair experts on "Global Warming & let's be green"!
  18. Joe, I thought it was the C 9 that had all the problems. Wow, did I make a big bad. Sorry!
  19. We use Linda's, Life PA, on the occasions that are a one night stop. Lone Star Chapter, had a Rally, 3 weeks ago at Texarkana RV Park. I was there 5 nights, it's a PA park, and enjoyed it...I think WBill did also as a drop in. Herman is President of LS for 2019 & I'll have it in 2020! Joe S. We are members of Escapees only because of Alamo Chapter 11...A lot of mutual friends, all from Texas! P.O. Box at Escapees, Livingston, does not qualify, must be Native or have S&B residency! Linda is Native, I got a S&B in 1966! Glad you renewed..😎🎄
  20. loranimal. Welcome to the Forum! I don't have a CAT. Everything I have heard about C13 problems is from OTR Truckers in regard to the Particulate Filter (DPF). C13 was used by Beaver, Safari, Country Coach and several other brands, with little or no problems. What Model, mileage and is there a service record on the Beaver your looking at? Dealer or Private party? Merry Christmas🎄 Carl C.
  21. I'm plugged into 50 amps, turned on AH at 7 pm on Elect & Diesel with furnace on at 72, front & back, same as you each time it cycles on/off. I'm living in coach waiting for elect module that will be here at TCC tomorrow!
  22. Nice area, I might stop by after breakfast tomorrow...Red Jeep, 2 door on Steroids! Been here since Sunday pm, waiting on a module.
  23. When I tow my Jeep, it's 4 wheel in N, Automatic trans in P, key in my pocket...never had a battery problem! If in doubt carry jump cables! Blue Ox is fine. I use M & G braking because it's part of my belief to KISS. Works for me, Herman and several others. I have heard that the 2019 Trailhawk is good to go, no harness needed, but like Herman, I have not tried it.
  24. You need to use spell check! It's pressure, no h.🎄
