  1. SmokeNew2RV. Welcome to the Forum! Your current TV is probably mounted to a 2" X 4" in wall. To make sure, give a call to Fleetwood Tech Dept. have your VIN# and FIN# handy. Your FIN# should be on a little plaque, outside below DR window! What is J60452? Carl
  2. That would explain the effect of water, when behind a 18 wheeler, it comes out either side, but not much in middle. I have noticed that on a Prevost the mud flap is between drive axle and tag and not across back! Carl
  3. Brett. Do you happen to know of an alternative? I remember back when we had a brush, not solid rubber, guard. Also, had the guard back of each set of dually. Sure made a mess of Toad front end! Carl

Herman. Nothing wrong with "Old School"! I think, these days we can get too technical...
  5. Ernie. Would really like to see some pictures of it...Had a friend (dead now) in the Cruising Cajuns that had one, think it was a 96', absolutely beautiful. Carl
  6. WBill. You with the RRR also? Mike. Remind me next year...my plate is running over! Herman. I'll take you up on that "Lone Star Chapter" in Shawnee. Carl
  7. Nice! Lot of wasted space in that fireplace! They could have left another hole for a weber... Carl
  8. Joe. Sweatshirt in the 80's and muggy? Be afraid, woman don't have to be in their 50's for the "change of life" (PMS) thing to start ! WBill. Only in Kalifornia! Carl
  9. Joe. My CC has no rewards, no interest charge and it's free, year in and year out. I suspect a lot of folks on this forum has the same card. As for Flying J, Pilot or Love's...I stay away from them. I use any other brand that is a truck stop and have found that my fuel is around .10 to .18 cents cheaper per gallon! In Texas it's Bucky's the Beaver, that has the cheapest Diesel, mostly in the .20's cents per gallon, better! On this Forum, back in 14' after the Redmond rally, I did an OP on the merging of Pilot, FJ and Love's into one ownership...he also owns CW & GS and all it's subsidiaries. I don't care for him, Marcos Lemonis, is from Lebanon....got it?
  10. Yea, I get it. On mine I can level by jacks or air. When on air as I am at the moment, I can do each corner independently front and rear and dump all or some air from tag. At the previous park, the cement slab had a slight slope from left to right, so I used the right front and right rear bag to level...I guess it is, what it is, depending on chassis, that was/is used by Manufacturer.
  11. Come down here in Sept. when you don't have to, is insane! Don't get snowed in! My mouse don't shovel... Herman cost to much to hire.. Carl
  12. Well, we can now just wait and hope problem is solved...don't suppose you asked the obvious question, why only one valve in front? Howe's the weather up there now? Cold down any? (I know Cool, Cold on purpose) Carl
  13. Back in the 80's our average cost per day, everything included, came to $83 and change per day...strange, but it's still about the same! The few times I fly domestic and have to spend 4, 5 days in a hotel, my cost is about 3 weeks in my coach. Carl
  14. They make Soap out of chickens, now? Carl
  15. You have every right to be! My coach told me after a year, to go back to the pool. I loved swimming, freestyle and back stroke. Then I ended my last 2 years, as center and goal keeper in water polo! Just plain and simple did not like basketball...expect your son felt the same! Hard to go against "Peer" pressure!
  16. jegall. Welcome to Forum! Suggest you Google whatever area of the valley that your interested in. Pick a Park and contact them, hope you can get a reservation and go down for 4-6 weeks. Take your Toad and drive to as many RV parks that you like, stop and let them show you around...when you find one that suits you, make a reservation for following year. They go fast! Good luck. Carl
  17. michaelhillhouse. If your asking about New Mexico, I was not there, I was in Alto, next door to Ruidoso. Nice class A, RV park. Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch and you get a pass to all off Rainmaker Golf Resort, & Spa, Gym, etcetera. Private Community. I'm now in Schulenburg, Texas...hot & muggy! Carl
  18. Herman. Bet your shorter now, than you was 20 years ago! BillE...If I had the 08' Cayenne, it would be in a trailer, along with the 13' Wrangler. Every Summer in Sweden, I'm being driven around in a modified 750 BMW. Don't know what they do to the engine, but it weights close to 5.5 tons...they won't let me drive it ! Speedometer goes to 350km or 220mph! I was no good and still no good in basketball...I can spell my name!
  19. Hope your not near any off the fires out there! If the folks in CA. would stop listening to the kooky environmentalists and start doing some controlled burns of the underbrush, they would prevent most of these big $$$$ fires. But no, we got to save that sand flea... Remember the "Spotted Owl"? Reason you have not heard about it in several years, is due to the fact that it turned out to not, be endangered, there a millions of them! They migrate like other birds from Mexico!
  20. Can you put air pressure to left side and see if obstruction will back out?
  21. BillE. 6' 8"...Thank the Lord, for skylight in shower! 10 years ago, I was 6' 91/4", I could reach up and touch your roof...
  22. Joe. It's not a Winnebago! It's one of the best built coaches out there, Blue Bird...a sad day, when they stopped making coaches. Carl
