Joe. In my garage at the house, I replaced 12, double tube. 8' fluorescents, with the 1 center LEDs....more light and less amps=$$$$. They have come a long way with LEDs in the past 10 years and I suspect it will continue to evolve. The only downside so far is that you need a cover or go blind when you accidentally look at them! Main reason for me to have a breaker is to prevent arching when I plug in....I don't want to light my self up! Also, saves the plug! You can wait 2 minutes for the beer! If not, you have a bigger problem! Carl

Bill. Your right. Because we now own diesel, we forget about the years of gas. When I stop and reflect on my RV past, I start remembering the really good times I had in 22' to 32' class "A"'s! With the exception of one coach, they all had rear baths and bunk beds! The lower for sleeping, upper was storage. Bath was large! My engines was 440 or 454 aspirated. We did most of our cooking outside and had none of the modern day "stuff"! Nobody had a toad until the early 1980's... We spent a lot more time outside, inside was reserved for rainy days and reading a good book or playing games...my first built in TV was on a 87' Barth. Carl

All you got to do is Google the area you want to camp in and pick the one that suites your need! Same with public transportation.

George. Welcome to the Forum! I think you'll find out that your trip from Las Vegas to Denver, will be no different than from Phoenix to Grand Canyon. No matter which road you take to GC, you'll be going over mountain passes and up/down mountains! If you take it easy and watch the weather you'll have a great time no matter the RV you drive! Enjoy the US, just as I enjoy Canada! Carl

Gary. I use a pressure washer on my coach when I wash it once per year! Just stay further away from the work on sensitive areas or turn the pressure down! Carl

Vanha. If you take it out, why not replace it with plastic? Then drill some small holes for drainage....that's what I have! Carl

FIVE. In FL. during the 80's and 90's I ran into it a lot. I call that the "Snob" era! Now, very seldom about A, B, or C...length and DP or gas? Yes, often! Still mostly in FL. Carl

Have to agree with Frank....we do abuse the Jeep! That's half the fun...Since mine is way off the grid, it does no good to make a report to Jeep! Like getting one by AEV, who do you report a Jeep part failure too? Carl

My best friend is 5' 8", so he claims, and DW is 5' 2"....she comes to my waist line! You should see us dance, I feel like putting her on a table! They both claim to be normal! Carl
