I think that there is a 303 for tires. I can't remember which one.

We had that happen once and we had to run an 1500 watt electric heater on the inverter while driving in freezing weather.

desertdeals69 replied to sydneynichols123's topic in RV Internet to Go/Staying in Touch
I was told that when you hit 10g it goes from LTE to 4g. In the out lying areas you don't get LTE anyway sometimes its 3g. -

I went to unlimited data last week at Verizon for my phone and mifi. I've used 6.5 gig in 3 days which would have been over 1/2 of a month on my former plan. -
On my Power Gear system it only works when the ign switch is on and the panel is turned on and they only retract when I push the retract button.

If you stay with Directv they have a device that sends the signal to all tvs wirelessly. -
Tire Minder do not lose calibration. I just changed my batteries and o-rings.

It won't go into gear if the throttle is at high idle. I thought the 2500 was a 5 speed.

Bleach In Water System For Sanitizing
desertdeals69 replied to pcowen's topic in Water and Holding Tanks
I empty the fresh water tank and then pour a pint of hydrogen peroxide into the fill hose and run about 10 gallons of water into the tank. I run water thru each faucet and the hot water tank. Let stand for a couple of hours and then fill the tank and I'm good to go. Been doing this for many years. -
The unit you have is pretty much obsolete. Do you have satellite tv at home? If so you should get a corresponding dish for the motorhome and use your home receiver.

If you turn on the microwave the current draw maybe upwards of 190 amps. Thats why a 3/0 cable is used. Welding cable is fine strand so it is much more flexible than standard 3/0 cable.

I think the only way you can get cast aluminum plates is to have them custom made. In the early years that was standard, I got mine the summer of 78.

The recertification is on portable tanks not permanently installed ones.

Regarding the leaking valve, is the leak at the stem, if so has the packing nut been tightened?

We do many Walmarts however we prefer Sam's Club because they close at night and it is quieter and they open at 7 in the morning 6 days a week so we go in and have coffee and a roll and do our shopping.

I had a leak that I traced to under the shower. I found that it leaked when taking a shower. It was the drain where it seats against the fiberglass. I loosed the big nut and put plumbers putty around the flange and that sealed it.

I was told by Spartan to go down a steep long grade and intermittently apply the brakes hard to heat them up.

I did the Airdog system with the filters and its own return line to the tank. I also changed the vp44 pump because the new to me coach had been run without the stock lift pump and it didn't perform as it should.

They will work however the useable power in terms of time of discharge will be somewhat shorter because of the construction of the battery. Marine batteries are generally structurally stronger because of the beating they have to withstand in rough seas. They are not true deep cycle.

What brand and model inverter do you have?

The batteries of Tire Minder transmitters seem to last at least a year, mine are left installed all the time. I replace the batteries about once a year.
