I have heard their prices are high, but you might check with https://rvchassisparts.visonerv.com/cgi-bin/welcome.pl? for a used engine to match yours.

That's what the comments below the utube video say too. This brings to mind the song 'Give me 40 acres_"

Wildbill, everyone's gotta love that! What is the longest RV rig in the U.S.A.? Could it be this,

To me that does not sound logical. The Good Sam directors(they are not the board of directors) are in control of state and local clubs, rallies and events only. The Good Sam club is owned by Affinity Group. RVtravel has been naysaying Good Sam club for many years now, to no avail. Look into the background of rvtravel, and ownership.

Wait until you begin dressing alike, just sayin. Bolo ties, me too! I have one made by the Hopi Indians in 1950's, per the jewelry appraiser.

Wayne, you are not only a smart man, but you know how to play Texas Hold'em!

Although the price has increased, it is still a good deal IMO for hunters, off-roaders, and hikers. https://gotennamesh.com/products/mesh

This is the ultimate example for why owners should register their new tire serial numbers with the mfgr.; who then knows how to contact the owner in such an event.

I'm saddened to read this. Hopefully Cummins will step-up. A man on irv2.com had an out of warranty Cummins ISX engine failure and Cummins coughed up $10K. Have you considered a Jasper rebuilt engine?: Engine cost might be less, but labor the same.

Sometimes the truth hurts.

Cummins discourages pre-filling fuel filters. The advise cycling the ignition key several times, leaving it in the on position for at least 30 seconds each time.
-
If the starter spins but engine does not, that eliminates glow plugs, as the circuitry delays power to the starter until glow plug cycle is activated for X seconds. My understanding anyway.

And what a post! He offered information rather than asking.👍

FWIW, most any 12V starter, generator shop will have armature brushes, whether they will sell them is a question to ask. It's not like brushes are made only for one specific application, many are interchangeable.

A factor most do not consider is the difference in viewing angle. In an auto/pickup your eyes are at most 3' above the headlamps, in a MH your eyes are about 6' above the headlamps. This means in a MH the driver is looking down on the low beam lighting instead of looking ahead with the light beam. IMO the best solution has already been stated by Carl, slow down at night. Yes insufficient wire size is a problem. My '02 Chevy dually was issued a TSB to replace the headlamp wiring harness for this reason, which included a relay.

The TN state Attorney General gave him notice of intent to prosecute, In an attempt to stop death threats to him and his entire family, he gave it all to two different charity groups, the TN AG didn't buy it and intends to prosecute anyway. He made his living re-selling on ebay and Amazon, both have banned him. -

I agree with you Wayne, I was just explaining how I managed my basement heat pump for my specific health concerns. The vast majority of people will obtain satisfactory results with your, or the owners manual recommendations.

I successfully use TomCat mouse bait blocks. The active ingredient is Warfarin; mice just eat it and dry up when they die. I drop blocks down wiring/plumbing holes in the MH floor, place behind drawers; places inaccessible to pets or small children. I have never found a dead mouse in the RV, when I find one it is underneath the RV. Usually mice do outside the garage searching for water, because they are bleeding internally. Another method of using TomCat is a DIY bait station. Use 3 1' sections of 2" PVC, 1 Tee, 1 end cap, 1 1' piece of 1/4" all-thread + 2 nuts. The sections of pipe and Tee are assembled permanently, drill 1/4" hole through end cap, fasten all-thread into end cap. Drop bait blocks onto all-thread and secure with washer and nut. Insert all-thread into the up-right leg of inverted T. Tape end cap onto pipe. Now you may safely sit this bait station on the back-side of a tire while in storage. I've had people say it will kill a cat if they eat one of these dead mice, oddly enough I've never had one of the barn cats missing. I've had one go missing the day after I heard coyotes howling up the valley though, they're about the only animal that eats cats. Then I know it's time to get my 7mm-08 and try to collect bounty on coyotes again. That's how I do it anyway. -
Radial tires all have a sidewall bulge, whether at proper pressure or under-inflated, unlike bias-ply tires. With your axle weights you should assume an axle weight imbalance of 60/40 side to side, and use the Michelin pressure chart for 60% of axle load in both tires. Now, Tireman9 on his website, who is the FMCA tire expert and a retired tire design engineer, recommends 10% above that Michelin chart load/inflation specification so the owner is not frequently chasing air pressure in tires on cold mornings. Personally I keep it simple and go by the Federal Tire Placard in the MH, and am never concerned about low tire pressures. I have air springs and shock absorbers to handle road unevenness. When the road is to rough for comfort I slow down until it is comfortable riding in the MH..

IF thisishowweroll ever returns to answer whether of not they even have a basement heat pump, this is my experience. I always use Filtrete brand allergen filters since I have COPD and allergies. Yes, I know the owners manual states to use nonrestrictive filters only. My health/breathing rates above what is recommended by the mfgr. The first month I had to change the Filtrete filter weekly, as it coated-over with dust quickly, now it is changed every other month. I don't know about longevity of the Coleman-Mach/RVP unit, as I've only been using the Filtrete allergen filters since 2013. BTW, I've never noticed any air flow restriction, either due to the air filter or matted-over heat exchange radiators.
