Move number 4 down to ON and that should correct the problem. I have the same Magnum Inverter but have a different solar controller. Mine if very easy adjusted by dialing the selection of a digital screen. I have Equalization set to off and turn it on when desired.

Wife and I disassembled one of our old wheel cover and used it for a pattern to cut four new ones and sewed them up on her sewing machine and they are nicer than the original ones. The trick is to get the right needle for the type of work and go slow in heavy material to keep needle cool. Go fast and the needle will heat up and break thread. Three thickness are all that is necessary to sew through. If one does not have a sewing machine they can carry one of their old covers to a upholstery shop and have them sewed.

The lot they assigned me had a tree with a low limb. I always look before I leap. Their maintenance crew cut it down so I could park. Any window can be an escape hatch with a good hatchet. Break out a solid or sliding window and throw some protection over the lower edges. My experience with the air gun vaccination was in 1957. No real problem with it. In 1968 I had a nurse give me a injection with a regular needle in my left hip and I fell like a rock totally unconscious. When I came too I was on a stretcher with Dr. and nurse trying to resituate me and my wife was standing by my side. No problem following and never knew what happen. Traveling over the USA we have beaten 4 antennas off the top of our coach hitting low bridges at highway speed. The satellite antenna is13' high but some radio antennas are much higher.

If a vertical line is drawn approx. 2 feet forward of the rear of the MH and 6 inches off pavement it would appear to solve the problem of the projectile hitting the toad. It would "shield" the toad as in "Rock Shield.".

Yes some of the shields will throw rocks. I had dealer install a full width Rock Shield my first MH and they raised it 2 inches off pavement and it did flip up gravel onto toad. I installed the Rock Shield on current MH and raised it about6 inches off pavement and it works perfect. It has double wide mud flaps behind the dual drive wheels that are stationary and do not flap and the full width Rock Shield under the back about 2 feet ahead of receiver, also about 6 inches off pavement. Mud (Rock Shields) can be an advantage or disadvantage it all depends upon the type and the install position. Those "Mustache Brush" shields which drag the pavement will throw gravel as they sweep the road surface ahead of the toad.
