  1. Tom, my only difficulties come when I don't remember the color coding. White is ground, Brown is tail lights and Green is stop & left turn signal and Yellow is stop & right turn signal. Or yellow left and Green is right.😯 Herman
  2. Kilted, You have been going for almost a month, How is it going so far? Herman
  3. Rhodesia, Welcome to the Forum. How does it preform when you remove the filter and drive with out it?. Try putting the old filter back on and see how it does. What you may have is just a defective filter. Herman
  4. Rsilriders, Welcome to the Forum. I have my light wired in with diodes. No cables to run on the outside of the vehicle nor bar to store. Just hookup, plug in and go. Herman
  5. rhinderber, could you post a picture of where you need to put a cover in or on to protect from varmint invasion. Herman
  6. b, When doing your inspection be sure to look for chafed wires. In 18 years of moving it may have worn a bare spot in your wiring. Where it doesn't make a contact till pulled to it's limit. Herman
  7. Twolf, When you drain the tank I suggest that you install a Ball Valve shut off between the tank and the pump. This will allow you to work on the pump in the future without draining the tank and make other repairs to the water system. I have had a bad check valve in my pump where my tank would overflow due to the city water flowing back through the pump. Shut off the valve, finished our trip and repaired the check valve upon return. But remember to turn it back on when you disconnect from the city water. The DW might will not understand when she doesn't have water. Herman
  8. Twolf, Just another thought. I know that you checked the City Water/Fill valve. If you can check and see if the ball valve if moving as you return the valve to the city water position. I may be stuck and the handle is moving but the ball may not be moving. Or you may have a ball valve that is not completely closing or just leaking. As I said, just another thought. Herman
  9. Twolf, Look at the end of your pump. There is a black plastic housing with water in and water out. The pressure switch is in the housing. Look for the red wire and black wire going into the housing. There you will find the switch. Herman
  10. BC, Staying in Yellowstone has some limitations. Fishing Bridge RV Park was the only Park with full hookups. If I remember correctly 40 foot was the top end for length. I think they may have added some longer site. As said, park and drive your tow to see all the park. Herman
  11. Bounder, Welcome to the Forum. Have not been in NY since I was in the service. Just to let you know typing in all capitols indicates that your are shouting.Let us know how you trip goes. Herman
  12. Stafford, Welcome to the Forum. I have contacted HWH on numerous occasions and have never had an issue. Try calling 563-724-3396. Have talked to a tech. several times. Give them a try again. Ashley should be able to get you in contact with a tech. Herman
  13. Walter, Welcome to the Forum and to Retirement (be prepared for more work then when you had a job) Come on Down The lower 48's are waiting for you and Ernestine. Make the upper part in the summer and the southern parts in the winter. Herman (from the second largest state)
  14. 4070, The Tee looks to be plastic and the water line is PEC. My first thought would be to cut the PEC which would allow you to twist off the Tee. You would then be able to replace the valve and reverse the process. You would need the tool to crimp the PEC rimgs. Herman
  15. Jim, Correct on the dual zones. Could one be set on one temp and one set on another. Even though you have two zones they are still both ob the same compressor. Pungoboy check both zones and set them on the same temp or turn one off and see if that makes a difference. Herman
  16. John, You can take US 87 north out of Amarillo to Claton and US 64/87 to Raton. Then south on US 64 to Eagles Nest and Angel Fire. Road is curvie an a few climbs but a the drive is beautiful. Another route would be I-40 to Clines Corner and 285 north to Santa Fe. Then 68 to Taos then 64 to Angel Fire. Santa Fe has lots of history and Taos is also nice. Through Raton you have the NRA Range and the Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron. You & Jill and the kids have a great trip. Herman
  17. Oscar, Google WalMart locations. Call one and ask where the closest one to the airport is. Herman
  18. Bill, re read his post. His current couch appears to be defective. 😯 Good suggestion but needs to find a good working hide-a-bed. Herman
  19. That being the case you may have a bad micro switch in your pump. Good luck. Herman
  20. Tom if I'm not mistaken Essex credit is also a broker but a good one. Herman
  21. This is one person that needs to go and have his hearing checked. Herman
  22. Have you recently filled your water tank and forgot to put the lever back from the full position? Herman
  23. M&G will be there and may be able to do installations there. Of course it will depend on your coach. Lloyd or Monty should be there. Herman
  24. epstep, WAPC, you should have no problem getting it financed, just where to get the best credit, and John should have no problem finding you a good rate. (If John is still there). Good Luck, Herman
