  1. Richard, I don't have an aluminum foil helmet I have a full fledged Aluminum Hard Hat. I wear it daily and have not had my mind altered by the government yet. my mind altered yet, my mid altered yet. They were outlawed as a Safety Hat years ago. It was the standard for linemen for year until someone found out, all though not a good one, that Aluminum was a conductor of electricity. Opps! Herman
  2. If it hasn't been said before, Thank you and the entire IT Staff for all your help. You'll do a great job. C U in Perry. Herman
  3. Just looked at my license and there was the Star in a gold circle. I guess it was put on when I last renewed. Don't remember having to provide any Birth Certificate. I didn't have a Passport the last time I renewed. Maybe I'm just special. Herman
  4. Wayne, your are the eternal optimist. Remember we are in Texas and can sunbathe in February and wear heavy coats in June. I sure hope you are right. This damp cold is killing my knees. Herman
  5. Richard, That thing must have been built before they perfected the number punch. Herman

  8. Keigm, Going or coming I would recommend going to Cody. It is one fantastic place. The Buffalo Cody Museum should be on everyone's bucket list. Herman
  9. Richard, Check with Lincoln Electric, they are the makers of the SA 2000 welding machine. The SA2000 was the backbone of the pipeline industry for years. It had a Continental 4 cylinder flathead engine. They continue to carry part for the old engines. They are based in Cleveland , Ohio but have dealers world wide. Give them a call. 855-987-7274 Herman

Kay you found a winner. Good reviews and you gave a good testimony. With your veterans discount the cost is down to $197.10 plus tax. Sounds like a buy to me. Thanks, Herman
  11. Jim, I had a 1998 Winsor 32 foot and it came with air ride suspension and three point HWH Jack's. Jacks good three point bad. Herman
  12. Mike, I always dump all the air and then level the coach. When I bump my bags it doesn't affect the tanks. However if I shut off the engine then level it will use up my tanks and the air pump will take over. Now that is how my coach functions. Not sure about others. Herman
  13. Did anyone see Julian Edelman have his beard shaved off on the Ellen Degeneres' Fridays show? Ellen gave the Boys and Girls Club $10,000 dollars to do it and Julian matched it. The Boys and Girls club got $20,000 and she said she was going to auction off the hair for them also. He isn't a bad looking young man. The coach told his players at the beginning of the season to put stuff away and think only of the game. He put his razor away. Herman
  14. Mike, if it come from the middle check the Ride Height arm it is on the back side of the axle and in the middle. It may be hitting something which could cause to jump or bump or maybe both. I am just guessing so take it for what it's worth. Herman
  15. Point taken. My DW would say holding the button hurts her finger. (Our coach doesn't dump automatically and you have to maintain pressure on the button till it dumps completely) Herman
  16. Carl, On your coach when you press auto level doesn't it first dump the bags then level with the jacks or with the air, which every you choose? And your tank pressure isn't affected? Also if the air pressure drops below 60 PSI your brake automatically engages and sets the brake. Herman
  17. Richard, I may be wrong but when dumping the Airbags it doesn't dump the tanks, just the Airbags. The pressure in my tanks stays full. 2002 Monaco Dynasty on a Roadmaster Chassis. Herman
  18. Jim, I think you may be thanking of the Jack's. He is talking about letting the air out of his air bags to lower the whole chassis. You do that before using the Jack to level the coach. It reduces the travel of the jacks to level the coach. Herman
  19. I had a slow leak in my unit. A friend of mine, an retired HVAC tech told me to check all of my hose connections.I did and found that all were really tight except one. It turned maybe 1/4 or less of a turn. Leak cured. Confirmed with a vacuum test and recharge. Herman
  20. Good to know. I know there is a posting out there but I just couldn't find it. Herman
  21. Wasn't that with the 650 HP Cummins. Something about dropping valves if I remember correctly. I tried to find the topic but was not successful. Herman
  22. I have a gas tankless at home and have never run out of hot water. Like all water heaters it takes a moment for the hot water to reach the spigot but once it does there is all the hot water you want for as long as you want. Not so much in the coach. We both shower in the morning but not back to back. I will shower first then about 20 minutes later the DW will shower and we both have enough hot water. We both reduce the flow between wetting down the lathering up and rinsing off, that helps. Partly a Navy Shower. I remember there was a set time that the hot water was on when aboard ship. If you weren't finished at that time your rinsed off with COLD water. You learned to shower fast. If I were to install a tankless in the coach I would add several more batteries and another inverter just for the residential refrigerator and the tankless. But doing that might be too costly. Herman
  23. Bill a PRESSURE cooker is affected by altitude in the boiling temp of the liquid in the pot. Herman
