  1. Bill, True craftsmanship, look at where it meet the tile. I doesn't go under the tile there. Erniee, I would have wasted a lot of flooring to get just one board looking that good let alone the entire floor. Great job. Herman
  2. cmf16, Welcome to the Forum. It looks like an MCD shade. Check with them. MCD Innovations 3303 N. McDonald McKinney,Texas 75071 972-548-1850 Herman
  3. Yes and where we are right now most of the coaches look as if they have a water hose running from under them. Herman
  4. When we purchased our present coach, we were told up front that coach had approx. 16,000 more miles then shows on the speedometer. They had to change it out. I can pull up the mileage on my Trip Tec and it shows to be correct. Herman
  5. Disk, Welcome to the Forum. I purchased two ToYo's M-144's for the front after a blowout on a 2016 G670 Goodyear. Like them a lot. Plan on moving them to the tag in February an putting 6 more Toyo's on. The price is right and so far we like the Toyo's. Herman
  6. Getting a heavy duty (10,000 capacity) tow bar is ok, but I am willing to bet you already had 10,000 lb rated Hitch. Right? Let prefecit with saying there are some Manufacturers out there that will put on a lower rated hitch just to save a $ or 2. Herman
  7. Hay, if putting a 10,000 lb hitch on inplace of a 5,000 lb hitch and it improves towing capacity then I am going to put a Z71 decal on my Saturn Vue so I can go rock climbing. Herman
  8. I know that Colaws RV Salvage has quite a few Generator. And like Brett said, find a good pre-owned and move your LP part to it. 877-548-2125 Good luck Herman
  9. Not as long as you own a Motor Home. It is what is called continuing and continuing and continuing education. Herman
  10. Motor Homes and Extension cords in a pinch, ain't they great. That is if you fuel tank is full. Herman
  11. Great pictures John, I bet they will help a lot. Herman
  12. Too late. I can't remember how I got involved in it but glad I did. Herman
  13. Now remember Catman, you now have a Family of 77,000 +. and they all will expect a birthday card. Herman
  14. There is warning to the public published in the Athens News Paper each Leon get's the coach out. Good gentleman and a pleasure to talk with. Herman
  15. I just thought, by joining the Class Action Suit against Nevercool I am receiving enough money to pay for my Samsung. And heck we have a lot more space to carry food and beverages. So we found that light at the end of the tunnel.
  16. Just saw that Lowe's has the Samsung RF 18 unit on sale for $999.00, a heck of a buy. And a lot less then putting a new cooling unit in a Nevercool. Herman
  17. I have no idea as to his age. But I do know he is a sharp young man and as I understand it he is the one that designed the new 2.0 unit. Herman
  18. Sorry, I wasn't saying that I feel the Aluminum tow bar is weak. What I was saying was that I wasn't disputing his statement since I have now personal knowledge one way or the other. Yes I have the Steel Heavy Duty 10,000 lb Blue Ox and it performs well for us. Herman
  19. Check out the new 2.0 from M&G Engineering in Athens, Texas. Call Monty 903-675-2812. Herman
  20. Yes, Welcome Catman, but watch that mailbox when pulling out. Herman
  21. Kay we will keep that in mind when we travel to the Southeast, however back here in the wild, wild West they will run up to 25 cent more. And that adds up when putting in 70 to 90 gallons. When we started Rving I used Flying J a lot, but they were not connected with Pilot then. People tell me that they stop at Bucees (? spelling) and found them to be very competitive. I like, in our area "QT" (Quick Trip). I have, what they call a Pump Start Card, where you can fill up with all the fuel you need then pay. Most of the time they are a cent or to higher but when I go in and pay their pastries are very good. I do shy away from Love's. They are not RV friendly at all. Herman
  22. I had a Roadmaster Stowmaster on our Wrangler for several years and it worked well. We then moved up to our Yukon XL and got a 10,000 lb Blue Ox. It also worked well. I had a good friend give me a newer 10,000 lb Blue OX and it is the one I still use today. I have kept them all clean & inspected and tune them up myself. I have nothing against an "A" frame tow bar other then it is really hard to hook up with just one person. But I agree, no moving parts and much less expensive. Herman
  23. basspond51, Welcome to the Forum. Sorry that one of the programs FMCA hasn't been able to work out. Many of us maintain membership in Good Sams for their RV Plus card with Pilot/Flying J. It's not like they haven't been trying. However there are a lot of other Benefits, for example the FMCAssist Medical Emergency and Travel Assistance Program. Herman
